Wreckfest is a demolition derby themed racing game with soft-body damage modeling, sophisticated driving dynamics and in-depth vehicle upgrading, featuring both demolition derbies and more traditional track races. It’s all about fun, breakneck racing and over-the-top crashes.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.86/day in the week to Aug 8 → 10.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, GOG, Epic, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

It's one of those games that you have a lot of fun with when you have no expectation of fairness from the game. Cars in front of you hit things, crash, spin out, just like you do. Cars behind you coast along without ever having a single difficulty. This means that once something hits you or you make a mistake, you instantly get passed by 4-5 cars that were right behind you, just waiting. Then when you think all is lost, those cars start getting t-boned at intersections and hitting walls etc. and you miraculously gain back spots. It's obviously a game mechanic that's used for drama. But it's the same drama each time, so... not that exciting. Still, you never, ever hit other cars intentionally in normal races, that will only move what little power you had over the result of the race into the gleeful hands of the algorithm. Just like all the Flatout series games, the crashing in trailers and ads is just there for show. If you want to win, never crash, never hit another car, unless there's a totally invincible pole position CPU car - that you need to hit immediately. And in derbys, of course, you hit everything that has less than a bar left. Also, turn off the driving aids. They are way overboard, make you slow and it gets much more fun when you actually control the car. Favors Nvidia heavily. My previous card was a 6800 XT and it chugged so hard at 1080p low. The 4080S runs it at half power like butter at 1440p full.
It's fun. It's a car game. Don't overthink it too much. If you like car games and don't have a full-blown sim-rig in your house, get it. It's got ways to make your car better and prettier and that's all we really want, right?
It's easy to have fun in this game.
car go fast, car go squish, me have fun
