Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.43/day in the week to Jul 24 → 6.86/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are a gray wolf in the Northern Range of Yellowstone National Park. Now dispersed from your natal pack, you're on your own – to hunt, explore, find a mate and form your own pack to raise up a new family. Can you and your little pack survive the trials of the wild?

Surviving in the wilderness is far from easy! Hone your hunting skills by practicing on animals such as elk, mule deer, and moose. Once you've grasped their differences and know your limits against your selection of prey, seek out another wolf to become your mate and form a pack together. Explore fields and forests across Yellowstone National Park while you establish a territory and choose a den. Raise your pups by feeding them and playing with them. Protect them from deadly predators who try to kill them.

Over time, your family will outgrow the need for a den and become nomadic, where you teach your pups how to catch their own prey. By next spring they will be yearlings, and test these new skills to help raise the next litter. Eventually, some will venture out on their own and disperse, just as you did all that time ago.

And the cycle repeats, year after year, until you die. The saga of your life begins and ends when you choose, be it one life only or a succession of multiple generations.
Explore realistic recreations of select locations within Yellowstone National Park. Set in the Northern Range (often referred to as "the Serengeti of North America"), where many animals roam meadows, sagebrush steppe grasslands, alpine forests, and high ridges.
But be wary – you are not the only wolf in the area. Rival packs make their home across the landscape and don't take kindly to sight-seeing intruders. Other dangers roam the lands as well – grizzly bears, cougars, and coyotes among them who will vie with you for territory and food.

Raising the bar for realistic and accurate eco-simulation gameplay, many features in the game are directly adapted from wildlife research. Our science advisors include some of the top wolf biologists in the world today, who help us keep WolfQuest accurate to real wolf biology and behavior.
Live the life of a wild wolf! Form your own pack and watch your adorable pups grow into adults and disperse, year after year, until your wolf dies. End your story on your deathbed, or select an heir to continue your legacy.
Dynamic day/night, weather and seasons immerse you into the wilderness.
Wolves communicate with each other using natural actions and vocalizations. Packmates and pups interact and play with each other. Dynamic (family-friendly) courtship interactions help find and choose a suitable mate.
A genetics system models inheritance of each wolf's genes, including eye color, physical and personality attributes, and genetic coat color.
Elk roam the lands in realistic herds, along with moose, mule deer, beavers and other prey.
Animals behave and change to the seasons. Herds migrate through the year. Bucks and bulls spar in the autumn rut and shed their antlers. Cows and does give birth and raise their own young.
Rival wolf packs maintain and protect their own territories from intruders – like you!
Bears, cougars and coyotes will challenge you for your kills and defend their own.
Optional Ironwolf Mode: Live life on the edge, where each decision counts and your death can't be taken back.
Over 100 Achievements and a variety of collectible objects hidden across the map, from shed antlers, skulls, to lost human items.
And a lot more!

Engage in Co-op Multiplayer: Raise your pups together in a group for one game year, maintain territory together against rival packs, or hang out in a sandbox without any real objective.
Live a Wolf's Life Together: Build a pack and raise pups year to year in a special 2-Player Mode, until one of you dies of old age.
Choose who joins your games by selecting if they're public to all, private to friends, or only for select individuals or in-game pack groups.

30 Hour EDITED: I'm on a lack of sleep, i cannot stop playing help me! 40 Hours EDITED: I DIDNT KNOW THE GAME PROGRESSIVELY GET HARDER AS U AGE. Im age 5 and the amount of wolves that attack now are insane! I just had 12 wolves pull up. 3 dead pups day 2 of being born. 18 Hrs in: I've Always looked over these games as playing as an animal is not for me HOWEVER, I ended up picking up the game and am finding it hard to put down. Its very challenging, yes i lost all my pups and have to do it all again but i keep coming back. This is a game I didn't know I needed. It's slow, relaxing and a joy to play. Raising wolves is just so much fun! I used to love Cattails with the territory system and i am so glad there is another game like it. Im honestly tempted to get all the DLC its just that good. I'm only 18 hours in so I haven't seen most of the game so ill update this but this is what i love and dislike about the game: Pros: - Packs, having the ability to have a mate and have pups - Hunting with the pack - Fighting Rival packs, - PUPS HAVE DIFFERENT COLOURS EACH TIME - Defending territory and dens etc. - hunting for food and bringing it back for your pups. - Large maps - Multiplayer, I'm loving playing the 2 person mode with my partner and raising pups with him. He takes it more serious than me aha. - Lots of achievements to try get. This is the only game i want to get 100% for. That's not like me - You get attached to your pups. - Single player , its fun just playing with AI. 30 Hrs in Pros: - You can play as ur pups when you die - Your pups live as rivals when they disperse. - Your pups grow up with you and hunt with you and you can carry on having more pups - SO MANY ACHIEVEMENTS, ITS FUN! - You can move to other maps anytime by going to the edge - The pups fur colours are different every litter and its genuinely so fun seeing what they grow into. - Several growth stages. Pros 40hr: - Game gets more challenging more wolves and attackers double, if you thought it was hard at the beginning pfft it gets worse. but its fun! Cons: - I believe there's a limit for your pack, i haven't got there yet but would love to have a lot of wolves. - I feel like im looking too long to hunt animals, the scent is hard to read / find. Maybe that's a me issue. But i do spend most of the time failing to find a weak enough animal to hunt. - graphics, Wolves can look choppy and the world loads chunks at a time. I know its an old game, would be cool to see upgraded graphics but its not bad! - Better Autonomy and control over what your pack does. Sometimes I don't want to go around claiming territory, its very repetitive and slow. - I do wish there were bleeding and other effects when getting hurt. more injuries etc. - It is old so it does run badly, but its stable. 60-100Fps For me. Cons 30 HRS: - U CANT KILL BEARS?? Even tho they have health bars? - Cannot use cub bears for meat, DONT KILL THEM not worth it. - (dont try 100% claim territory spots, spent like 6 hours trying to do it to realise 2 hexes will always have a pack there oops) - No befriending other wolves in rival packs or recruiting new wolves into your pack. THIS WOULD BE SO COOL :( - no way to drag a dead body back to your home (but u can take small pieces i guess which is good) - All the dens look the same, pretty bland. but still cool concept. But overall I do love this game! Give it a go! 30 Hr Message: I only have 2 pups survived, ive played as one wolf and only got through 2 years, this game takes a lot of time. but it feels rewarding?? I lost 12 pups altogether now. It hurts my heart. RIP RHUBARD (my fav)
é muito divertido e nunca estas quieta tens sempre missoes e coisas para fazer muito realista!!!!
To the one they call Pawman Wolfenfrick, My left ear hangs lower than my right. I chose shade 352M. My eyes are yellow like the urine i spill on my enemy's territory. I would actually rate this game a lot higher if there was a fecal button keybinding. For now, I rest my paws on the soft snow that covers the body of the cougar I clapped yesterday with my homie. Aside from being out of tune, this song sucked. I demand a full refund at your earliest convenience and I will only accept used cans of tomato paste (4oz not that 8oz junk). Yours Truly, Mittens PS. f*ck you bethesda
AMAZING GAME! I been playing for a year or two at least and i have never regretted buying this game. When i first got it, it was still in early access, and i stayed ever since. Most games ill play for a while then get bored and move on, but this one. NOPE! I'm staying until the end with this! I will always support this game.
Been playing Wolfquest since I was 11 years old and it has only gotten better and better over time. It is insanely impressive how far this game has come! I am not aware of any other animal simulation game that has this level of detail and care from it's dev team. Watching your pups grow up, learning to hunt, and eventually being able to play as them is incredibly fun and satisfying. As a warrior cats fan, I adore a generational story, and Wolfquest allows me to run wild with them. Wolfquest is a beautiful, heart wrenching creative outlet for me that keeps me writing stories and characters. Right now my google document for my main pack is over 25 pages long. There is no end to the story-telling potential of this game, and I have so so much fun living in the world of my wolfs.
woof woof woof woof i love this game so much woof woof woof
