Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Wildgate is a PvPvE multiplayer shooter with 3 different modes. In Artifact Brawl, be the first to snatch the Artifact and blast through the Wildgate, or destroy the ships of every rival crew to be crowned the winner. Fleet Battle pits two massive teams of up to 12 players each against one another in relentless, action-packed combat. For a more relaxed looting expedition, salvage treasure and escape with the spoils before getting blown up in Treasure Hunt.
Across all modes your ship is your home and lifeline for you and your prospector crew. Keep it topped up with ice, fuel and ammo so you're ready for anyone or anything the Reach throws at you.

Blast your enemies with hi-tech cannons and gadgets, lure them into deadly traps, or even mess with their ship... as long as they don't sabotage yours first. When your perfect plan goes out the airlock, there's only one option... wing it!

Stay one step ahead as you and your crew navigate the Reach — a vast, ever-changing procedurally-generated map that changes with every game.

Choose from a variety of daring prospectors, each with their own abilities and tools. Whether you want to be a brave pilot holding down the ship or a clever trickster boarding enemy ships, there's no wrong way to commit space crimes!

The Reach is a dangerous, unpredictable place, filled with deadly hazards and treasure beyond your wildest dreams. Navigate through cosmic storms, battle space creatures, and plunder ancient alien ruins for lost caches of loot. Just make sure you beat the other prospectors to the punch, or you'll fly away empty-handed!

Basically the fun parts of Sea of Thieves, but only that. The game seems a bit hard at first, but because the lower player count it gives you enough time to alt tab while waiting and watching youtube videos and such. Windows borderless, mute while alt tab is unfortunately needed for this game, does take a while at times to get matches, but you dont have similar games out there. I recommend people trying it. An ironic indirect positive is that since it takes a while to get a match. Even the trolls, troll allot less. Aside from trolling the enemies is very fun and intended to be so...
Merci le week end gratuit pour avoir rendu possible le fait de tester le jeu et de le retirer instant de ma liste de souhait.

Fun and great game but I feel like it would succeed more if it was free to play with microtransactions and maybe a gamepass.
Tried it back during the Beta, decided to wait to give it a try after some updates. Tried it again during this free weekand and man in 5 months the game didn't get much better, mostly got a bit larger but it got even worse in some aspects. PvE is still pretty boring, "bosses" are just a bigger bullet sponge version of regular enemies, POIs feel like a chore. The new modes just split the already thin playerbase making queues even longer and honestly they are not worth it, I'd rather have one good and polished game mode than three work in progress modes when the game is already dying. I don't think the devs have the right priorities in mind, if the game doesn't die despite the bleeding playerbase I will keep checking on it to see if they start actually improving the experience instead of trying to make the game larger and more varied while making it worse (with even more tedious POIs, anomalies and enemy variants), because the concept is good and the art team crushed the ahestetics, but for the time being I dropped it before even reaching 10 hours, it wasn't worth my time for free and after 5 months of updates I enjoyed the game less than I did back in the open beta, I'm not encouraging anyone to spend money on this in its current state.
great game
Great game, ship to ship battles are fun and tense when you've got three ships scrambling for the objective. Hopefully the devs can turn things around with regard to player numbers, sucks that the free weekend brought out a lot of clowns saying "Awesome game! Negative review because low player count..." How is a game supposed to grow its player count if everyone dogpiles their reviews, they can't just program more people to play their game you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...
(Only played the pve mode) Really cool stuff. Was eyeing this for a while, played on a free weekend event thingy and was not disappointed However. Barely anyone playing and the game itself is kinda repetitive which doesn't help to hold existing playerbase (its so small I'm not sure it deserves to be called "playerbase" ngl). Needs balancing and some core gameplay loop refining, feels like it's a very good end-stage demo sometimes. Devs HAVE to do something to keep this game alive, simply pumping out updates and hoping for the best won't cut it. The gameplay is solid even though sometimes a little weak due to lack of variety, a lot can be done with this if managed right I would happily buy it but I'm afraid the game will die for real unless devs do something but it doesn't seem that they are going to
Genuinely have no idea how this game is dead EDIT: I kinda get it now. Really lacking progression at all. I will still give it a thumbs up because the core gameplay loop, and the gameplay itself is GREAT. Super fun with friends. But man it just needs a reason to continue playing it
Mehh. Clunky and confusing flying experience mixed with unimaginative FPS-shooting broke the deal for me. Had some fun moments with group though. 5/10
