Wildgate is a PvPvE multiplayer shooter with 3 different modes. In Artifact Brawl, be the first to snatch the Artifact and blast through the Wildgate, or destroy the ships of every rival crew to be crowned the winner. Fleet Battle pits two massive teams of up to 12 players each against one another in relentless, action-packed combat. For a more relaxed looting expedition, salvage treasure and escape with the spoils before getting blown up in Treasure Hunt.
Across all modes your ship is your home and lifeline for you and your prospector crew. Keep it topped up with ice, fuel and ammo so you're ready for anyone or anything the Reach throws at you.
Blast your enemies with hi-tech cannons and gadgets, lure them into deadly traps, or even mess with their ship... as long as they don't sabotage yours first. When your perfect plan goes out the airlock, there's only one option... wing it!
Stay one step ahead as you and your crew navigate the Reach — a vast, ever-changing procedurally-generated map that changes with every game.

I played this game with a friend during a free weekend. We both enjoyed our time in the PvE Mode but did not attempt PvP during it. I personally didn't like the spaceship steering since it feels more like how I'd imagine a Submarine with there being no way to turn the ship anywhere but to the right or left. Despite thet the Rest of the content made us decide to both buy the Game afterwards. I'm not entireley sure I'd do that at full price of 29 Euros instead of the current 14.49 Euros. Just to be clear I've marked this review as "received for free" since all my Playtime as of yet was during the free weekend.

Скачал с другом эту игру посмотреть что да как, понравилась, тут ещё и скидка 50% на неё, чувствую часов 100 наиграем точно. Игра не без минусов, но за 300 гривен это просто подарок, отдельное спасибо разработчикам за русскую озвучку.
I appreciate free weekend of this game so i could check it. It is a good game, but not for me. I have many, many hours in Sea of Thieves where i enjoyed chill gameplay. Sailing your ship, looking for treasures, sparring with undeads and feel the adrenaline when spot players. In this game you can't have chill. You cant playfully look for treasure and slowly put it on your ship. This game is fast paced cause you fight against the clock in addition to other players. Its SoT mixed with battle royale. There is a learning curve so after every match you feel stronger, both with more knowledge and unlocked items. I love art style and different skills on every character. Yet it's not a game for me. It's for people who have their buddies with a mindset that now our ass get kicked but we will return strong. I hope it gets cheaper to lure in more players for them.
В свое время Sea of Thieves оказалась слишком скучной для меня, Wildgate же приятно удивил. Режим с поиском артефакта (добавлен недавно как я понял) оказался динамичным, соревновательным и достаточно реиграбельным за мои 17 часов игры. Некий командный PvPvE баттл рояль с постоянным исследованием объектов в космосе и поиском (или избеганием) противников. Экшена в игре предостаточно: были перестрелки на объектах; были космические перестрелки с постоянными абордажами, диверсиями, попытками снять с корабля добытое кровью и потом снаряжение, ну и само собой утащить артефакт; были получасовые погони среди астероидов, штормов, обломков и огня; были попытки бесшумно подкрасться к чужому кораблю, пока экипажа врагов нет на борту ведь они собирают лут с руинок. Возможностей победить или испортить жизнь соперникам предостаточно, играется легко и весело. Графика приятная, из багов только выкинуло на 2 части обучения, но кто вообще заходит в обучение. Онлайн был в районе 400-600 человек, игру находило за 2-3 минуты в среднем. Желательно собираться готовой пачкой из 3-4 человек. Pay to win механики отсутствуют, баттлпассы бесплатные, за донат только скины и то, валюту можно нафармить дейликами со временем или просто выбить скины в самой игре с ящиков. В игре есть еще пара режимов до которых мы не дошли ибо было и так весело. Из минусов только довольно высокий ценник, но по скидке пойдет

I really enjoy this game. Unique playstyle with shared decision making amongst your crew. Different phases, from loot phase at the beginning to scouting, and capital ship battles. A good mix of PvE and PvP. Highly recommended!

Since the last time I played this game they've added PvE-ish mode where You get nothing from PvP, but people still PvP. You get attacked by other players = You either lose or fight back, but if You fight back and win then Bounty Hunters or Ghost Fleet gonna chase and destroy You so You lose either way. + super long queue times :( Now that game is free on Epic a lot of people TROLL piloting the ship into the storm so it gets destroyed :(
