Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 95.14/day in the week to Jul 18 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The world has succumbed to the Wildfrost. Now only Snowdwell and its survivors stand as the last bastion against an eternal winter... Build up a deck of powerful card companions and elemental items, as you battle to banish the frost once and for all!
Perfect your card battling and deck-building skills, and set out on a quest to bring an end to The Wildfrost! Begin each journey with your chosen tribe Leader, each gifted with different randomised skills and stats, before mapping out your chosen path into the unforgiving frosty landscape.
Rescue and recruit frozen companions you find along the way, unearth lost treasures, and spend your hard-earned blings with travelling merchants. The decisions you make and routes you take during each run will help craft a powerful deck, unique to you each time you play.
Collect a huge array of cute, but mighty card companions, as well as handy items and clunker cards to aid you in battle. Experiment with different elemental card combinations to find your winning formula.
Your companion cards aren’t just disposable minions for dealing out damage; upgrade and customise your favourites by adding wobbly charms to enhance their powers, making your deck a powerful (and adorable) force to be reckoned with!
Plan ahead with the help of a dynamic counter system to map out your next move and fend off frosty foes. While Wildfrost battles are turn-based, cards don’t attack every turn. Instead they have a ‘counter’ which counts down the amount of turns until they’re ready to automatically make their move!
By keeping an eye on enemy monsters’ counters, you can plot ahead your perfect play. Buff your companions? Stall an enemy attack? Or maybe count down your own timer to wreak havoc fast! It’s up to you to strategically turn the tide in your favour.
Need a rest? Take shelter in the cosy town of Snowdwell. Here survivors have gathered to keep warm using the power of the Luminice, a giant shard of hot ice.
As you progress after each run you’ll be able to return and gradually help expand the hub town itself, constructing buildings such as a Pet Shop, Inventors Hut and more! These new areas will unlock fun and useful new things to use during your adventures, with new cards, tribes, cosmetics, challenges to complete, and events to encounter.
Think you’ve defeated the Frost Guardian? Even after you’ve beaten back the frost, Wildfrost offers endless replayability, with daily runs and challenges! Test your skills and improve your score!

The game is good, but there is one issue that has ruined my enjoyment. The hand size issues. When your hand size becomes too big, there are no alternate ways to select cards. You can't use arrow keys, scroll, select from a list, or anything. This means that if a run with draw gets too powerful, you can get bricked and lose... plz fix this and I'll update my review!

I enjoy nearly everything about this game. The gameplay is fun, engaging, and makes you think. There are a lot of mechanics and they can have surprising synergies that can turn a deck from mediocre to game-breaking just by learning how to exploit the interactions between various effects. The music and graphics/art are very good and fit the mood of the game very well. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to win on harder difficulties if you get bad RNG. On easier difficulties you can usually make a bad deck work, but as the game gets harder you simply can't. I understand that it's part of roguelikes, but it feels frustrating to get a somewhat decent deck and then never get offered a good synergy option the entire rest of the run and losing because of it.
I had a ton of fun with this game. It's definitely simpler than a game like Slay the Spire, but I started to really like that the card pool was relatively thin. Beating the "storm levels" up to 10 and getting the true ending was tense and exciting, but if you are looking for very high difficulty just know that I was able to beat each of them, including the true ending, on my first try (I did have around 40 hours of experience and every other achievement before attempting them though). I never expected to get hooked enough to get 100% completion, but maybe I will even come back later to try that very cool, very large Hatsune Miku Deck Mod. Also, if the negative reviews are scaring you, note that this game has gone through some significant balance tweaks, on both the player and enemy cards. It felt very well balanced to me as long as I planned at least a little before each boss. The charms have a wide range of uses, and they don't need to be equipped immediately, so you can cook up some great charm-combos. Another aspect I liked was that you kind of need to decide whether to have one or two absolute beast cards, or a wide variety of key upgrades to make many cards good. Two of my favorite combos: having a companion card that applies snow to all enemies with charms that increase how often they act, and a certain 3-3 companion that normally takes 12 turns to act with the charm that sets health, attack, and counter (how often they act) to 3. A couple of criticisms for the road. I think snow is probably a little too strong. I understand the game was probably designed around snow existing (many enemies have a 1 stack snow limit), but I feel like it outshines basically every other status effect. Secondly, something that probably effects very few players, the storm bell values seem way off to me. One example is the bell that makes shops (and more importantly, crowns) more expensive only valued at +1 storm. That bell is absolutely detrimental to almost all deck types, considering that crowns (your free turn 1 set-up pool) are the key to winning any run. Basically, you should always be picking the bells that buff enemies and avoid messing with your deck at all, since the self-debuff value is not reflected in the storm level. Anyway, great game, if you like card-games and fun art you should play it.
