Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In Whispers of the Eyeless, you are not merely a wanderer — you are a force of change. As the First Prophet, you build a cult, command disciples, and unleash divine power in the name of Wrath, Desire, or Madness. The city of Aranthor is crumbling under intrigue and conflict, its districts filled with peril, secrets, and those who would see you undone.
Victory in Aranthor is about the cost, not just the outcome. Every battle demands strategy, resourcefulness, and a willingness to sacrifice.
Plan Every Move – Turn-based auto battler combat rewards foresight and precision over brute force.
Sanity and Strength – Harness divine power sparingly—each battle leaves its mark on your health and mind.
Victory with Consequences – Success grants resources and influence, while failure weakens your grip on the city. Every choice lingers.
Your cult is more than devotion—it’s your weapon against the Living Gods. Cultivate it carefully.
Recruit and Train – Gather followers with unique traits and train them for the challenges ahead.
Assign Missions – Send disciples to weaken rivals, gather resources, and spread your influence.
Perform Rituals – Conduct dark ceremonies to gain divine blessings—but beware of unwanted attention.
Manage Loyalty – Inspire fervor or risk betrayal as doubts creep through the ranks.
Aranthor is a city on the brink of collapse, divided by power struggles, hidden dangers, and ancient secrets. Your presence changes everything.
Old Town – A bustling underworld where wealth and danger walk hand in hand. Influence here comes at a price.
The Dungeons – Beneath the city lies a labyrinth of cursed relics, forgotten knowledge, and lethal traps.
The High City – The elite pull the strings of Aranthor’s fate. Outwit, manipulate, and betray to take your place among them.
Beneath Aranthor, hidden from prying eyes, your Sanctum serves as the foundation of your rise to power.
Customize and Expand – Unlock and upgrade rooms, from relic vaults to training halls.
Strategic Planning – Balance growth and secrecy, for power attracts enemies.
Risk and Reward – A grand Sanctum means greater influence — but greater risks.
For those seeking an endless challenge, Fate’s Mirror transforms the game’s mechanics into a roguelite gauntlet.
Dynamic Runs – Procedurally generated scenarios demand new strategies with every attempt.
Unlockable Shards – Discover powerful modifiers that change how you approach battle and survival.
Endless Replayability – Procedural challenges and handcrafted encounters keep the experience fresh.
Will you lead through faith, deception, or force? Whispers of the Eyeless adapts to your choices, offering deep strategy, narrative-driven decision-making, and a world where every action leaves its mark.
The Dead Gods are waiting. The city watches. The whispers never fade.

A fun turn based strategy game, a bit of a learning curve at the start managing resources, but enjoyable combat.
Tested it early on and... game become way better. Balance in particular. There are some things that can be made better, but mostly in ui departament. Quite fun overall.
Now that the Game is in 1.1 I have decided to perform a full playthrough. so far it has really hooked me will update once I have completed the game. The new tutorial was quite fun. and I look forward to see how I affect the city. The nature of a single save means I will want to later potentially choose different choice of quest to gain different follower.

This is an interesting game that mixes cult management with RPG elements into a unique experience. I've done 100% of the achievements in this game and will leave a few notes about that for future completionists.
Pros of the game:

Resource management is an interesting puzzle to balance
Atmosphere and narration. Sometimes it is a little on the nose, but the voice acting and art really bring the feel together
Shards are nice rule changers and feel very different to play
Character progression and upgrades - there is a good feeling of progress there
Roguelike runs into dungeons can be fun and are quite quick

Cons of the game:

Some minor bugs here and there, but those are getting patched
When it comes to combat, it feels like there is one best build that is the most optimal after some experimentation. The game shows you possibilities for many options, but in the end it rewards finishing fights fast and brutally due to attrition mechanics (sanity going down)
The ending in story mode can feel underwhelming because it is mostly story bits without any big final challenge

Achieving 100% notes:

There are achievements that require you to see different endings of story mode, which currently require you to play through the story 4 times. It is tied to district choices. I really recommend setting up a save backup when you haven't finished 2 of the 3 higher districts, so you can experience only the different story bits.
The full achievement set requires you to win all shards on hard difficulty, which may not be obvious at first glance. This is a very fun challenge because it requires you to change your playstyle and strategy for each specific ruleset.
Every Man Dies, Not Every Man Really Lives. Win a Shard without any upgrades on Hard difficulty. This might be tricky, but you should do it on the Chambers shard, which does not have a time limit and can be carefully grinded if you do not feel confident. Just make sure you disable the starting upgrade from the shards tree too.
Fun game with nice base building system that really made me feel like I was building a growing cult like you might see in a DnD game but being able to be that growing cult and deciding how it grows and playing out how it does
So I will start off with the transparency that I initially bought Whispers of the Eyeless to support Venris and co for their work on the Total War: Warhammer mod SFO. Now about the game itself, the art is gorgeous and the VA for the prohpet? Top notch, definitely very fitting choice and encapsulates the charisma and rage/desire/mania of the prohpet. The Cult Management is both straight forward and simple, yet not without its flaws such as how you raise faith, lower needs and lower notierity. The tooltips simply mention what occurs when they reach 100% as in the case of Needs and Notierity but not how to lower them or hints on how to lower them. Now eventually these are things one picks up. But to start with it feels like you're forced to contend with them, without any way of taking care of it. Too note, not saying there isn't a way just that it's my experience. The story... Eh... Personally, I think it's good and the "archaic" language fits the setting perfectly. Now I will admit, it might not be everyones cup of tea so to say and there's that. I don't really have much more to say then that honestly. The "roguelite dungeon crawling" elements is fantastic imo, as you an in a way freely leave once you meet exit requirement. The main downside imo is the potential lack of any rest area. I've had two runs both in Athanor and the Dungeon where I clear the first area, move on with relatively good health. Then the second area has nothing in terms of resting for health or loot etc. Specially since to leave you have to fight a miniboss, now what could improve it? A choice to rest after you decide to continue following a miniboss. Now to balance it, could be a choice between resting to heal but reduce sanity, or meditate to restore sanity at the cost of health. But some sort of incentive to push forwards after a miniboss even with low remaining resources. But TL:DR I'd recommend it if you enjoyed Darkest Dungeon 1 specifically, but be aware it might be confusing and lacking guidance on certain things. Now in terms of an over all rating... Now based on my personal experienes with management dungeon crawlers which mainly consist of Darkest Dungeon 1... If we say that's a 10/10 (for simplicity) I'd say this is a 7/10. Take what you will from that, but that is my opinion based on my experience with the type of game Whispers of the Eyeless is.
Enjoyed the game, had a fun ending. Happy got to not play a hero, always wish more games tried this.
Love the vibe of this game. The artwork is amazing, and you get a great sense of building up this cult. Basically boils down to a resource management + RPG turn-based combat. Would love to see a team-up with the Shadows of Forbidden Gods dev.
Not a perfect game, but a very enjoyable experience nonetheless. 8/10; would recommend. Will probably try another run in the future.
Very entertaining. I could never get into 'Darkest Dungeon.' This game is fairly easy to understand and fun to play. I'll be jumping back in to it as soon as I've finished my other play throughs.
