About
Welcome to Elderfield is a cozy horror RPG where the abnormal is normal, the townsfolk are odd, the eldritch beings watch over you and the local news reports seem stranger by the day.

Everything in Elderfield is unsettling, from the haunting, horror manga-inspired, hand-drawn visuals to the dark, lofi soundscapes composed by Dated. Despite the strange creatures lurking just outside your home, those who wander into Elderfield rarely find a reason… or option, to leave.

Customize your home and character, unravel daily mysteries, befriend the odd townsfolk (or even marry one!), go fishing, spend your afternoons mining and forage through the surrounding wilds… There's lots to do in Elderfield!

Cultivate your land, harvest your crops, and stop the growth of unruly tentacles. Manage a variety of strange, otherworldly livestock, grow useful crops like corn, pumpkins, teeth or eyeballs and hope that beings from the woods don’t wander onto your farm.

Choose your difficulty, how much suffering can you endure? For players seeking a peaceful life of harvest and discovery, cozy difficulty offers a more laid-back experience. For those who crave a challenge, the Old Gods are waiting.
Elderfield features a deep, turn-based combat system where you must utilize gathered resources, strategic buffs and diverse equipment to survive encounters with ancient, Lovecraftian horrors.
Die, learn, farm, and forage… Then die again.
Full RPG life sim with relationships, customization, fishing and more

Reviews
I'm only a few hours deep, but it's really good. The whole game is a vibe, and it really does strike a weird balance between weird and cozy. I would never visit a place like Elderview... but it's nice to explore it through this game. Good music. Good progression. Fun mechanics. I highly recommend.
Pseudo cozy horror RPG. Lots of great ideas. Not perfect, but I'm enjoying myself enough that I strongly recommend. Try the demo to test the waters.

so cozy, fun, stylish game, wait to new content, qol, more unique npcs and maybe more interesting relationships system, customization features and more
i have been following this game and its' development for a while and i have been having so much fun playing now that it is released!! think eldritch horror x harvest moon or rune factory (i understand the stardew comparison but it feels way different for me personally). add on the random dice roles and it kind of reminds me of moments i have had playing BG3 (baldur's gate 3)! i have always loved RPG's and RPGmaker horror and i feel like this game's art style and atmosphere encapuslate that vibe perfectly. one thing i would say is that this game definitely does NOT hold your hand. if you are newer to RPG's where you have to follow a questline and they are not "guiding" you or showing you where on a map you have to go, you may find yourself in a learning curve. for that reason alone, i would say this is not necessarily a "normal" cozy game. you will die in game. things are constantly trying to kill you and luck is a big factor that contributes to that. so if you are new to this genre or style of game with turn based combat, i suggest you keep that in mind before you decide to play it. the in game mechanics are fun and the fact that a lot of events can happen multiple times and end differently (with low stakes) is something i enjoy. as i play, i find myself clicking everywhere because i don't want to miss anything... and trust me there is SO MUCH! only things i look forward to in future updates is adding content for the NPC characters you can interact with in game--as well as more caharcter customization options. i know some people are on the fence about the game's difficulty and how to follow it but i say there's no shame in taking it slow and playing on a lower difficulty while you figure things out! (i may change this review in the future as i play more but i am having a blast)
Played the demo a little over a year ago, been on my wishlist ever since... bought it the day it came out and I've been loving it ever since.
另一种星露谷但是创新的点很多,并不是恐怖游戏只是有克苏鲁的氛围很重,战斗是回合制的也并不会像古早回合制那样乏味。将这些融合是一种很新的东西,很好玩停不下来
Love this game so far! It gives so much to do, I am nearly drowning in quests and confusion of what is going on, where is going on, why is going on, when is going on- Many activities, lovely music, interesting everything. Love it all, want more. For me, it has huge vibes of "Welcome to Night Vale"
It's okay. Doesn't have the charm of Stardew Valley and the farming aspect is low quality. The atmosphere is great though. Would have preferred if the game focused more on solving the eldritch horror mysteries and dropped the relationship and farming mechanic.
Been loving it so far. I was hesitant about it at first because people had been complaining about the RNG, but bad rolls and curses have, at most, only made me put off a fight for a day. I really like the sound design, the artwork, and the overall atmosphere. I just wish something actually creeped me out a bit. But that's probably just me. I've gotten kind of numb to the horror genre. The only real criticism I can come up with is sometimes I get frustrated when navigating the inventory or trying to click a particular tile. I tried switching to a controller but that didn't quite do it for me either.
