Eigentlich ein cooles Game. Aber warum dann der Daumen runter? Das Spiel erlaubt Romanzen mit Mutanten, Ketzern und sogar dreckigen Xenos. Aber bei Schwester Argenta, der imperiumtreuen Bolterbitch, zieht man eine Grenze. Seltsam, denn aus Lore-Gründen spricht absolut nichts dagegen, immerhin leben die Adepta Sororitas nicht im Zölibat. Warum den Spielern diese Romance-Option also verwehrt bleibt, ist ein Rätsel. Vielleicht ist eine "normale" Romance (im Warhammer-Kontext) heutzutage aus realen soziokulturellen Gründen einfach nicht en vogue genug. Mein Fazit: Absoluter Slaanesh-Slop
We trade a little rogues.
While I love a good isometric CRPG, I had bounced off previous Owlcat games. Kingmaker felt like a part-time job, and Wrath of the Righteous had a lacking translation that left the game riddled with awkward prose. Whereas those two Pathfinder games came up short for me, Rogue Trader really hits. This is a very dense game, but it's consistently fun and interesting, with a more effective localization supporting it. The grid- and turn-based combat system is also an improvement from the Pathfinder implementation Owlcat previously used. A great effort and one that I'd recommend even to others like me who didn't align with previous Owlcat releases.
Great game, only run into one bug so far in a 90 hour run, and it was worked around. Was on a minor quest and wouldn't have mattered anyway. Very few changes I'd make to the game because it really doesn't waste your time. There's a lot reading to do, unfortunately it's not fully voice acted. I always read faster than the lines are spoken anyway. It's a fun story so far. Sticks to 40K lore and tradition as best as I can tell, I'm no expert but I'm no newb. Combat encounters (playing daring difficulty) could be a little harder. So far I'm much more likely to die in ship combat than on the ground, although my ship hasn't been touched in combat in a while now. It's OP. Short review: Get the game if you like CRPG, it a no brainer!
