Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a fast-paced turn-based strategy game set in the grimdark universe of the 41st Millennium. Pick your force, develop your army, field mighty heroes and fight for victory using superior strategy, awesome abilities, and devastating weaponry.
Experience an epic twenty mission single-player campaign that explores the aftermath of the Devasta-tion of Baal. Help Sergeant Carleon and his allies purge the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus, and preserve the honour of the noble Blood Angels.
Fight across the surface of Baal on maps of your choosing in the Skirmish mode. Pick the faction you'll lead as well as the one you'll face. Completely customize your army list by selecting your units, heroes and their loadouts. It is available with three different types of Objective: Exterminatus, Conqueror and Strategic Command.
Planetary Supremacy is a conquest-style skirmish campaign, introduced in a free update as part of our ever expanding plan for Battlesector, in which you, the player, decide the outcome.
Take command of your favourite faction and conquer the planet in a series of procedurally generated skirmish battles. To achieve victory, capture more tiles, acquire strategic resources and expand your army. Then, bring destruction to your enemies in Skirmish battles.
Daemonic Incursion is a single-player mode that is available to all Battlesector players as part of a free update that was launched alongside the Sisters of Battle Faction Pack. In Daemonic Incursion, waves of Khornate daemons enter realspace to spill blood, collect skulls and overrun your forces. This is a last-stand mode, in which your objective is simple: SURVIVE!
Command iconic units like the Sanguinary Priest, the Librarian Dreadnought, and the Hive Tyrant to annihilate your foes. Use over 60 abilities and 50 weapons to orchestrate your opponent’s bloody de-mise.
Each faction has a unique Momentum system that can result in a Surged unit. Units that Surge are able to string together superhuman chains of actions, or use the opportunity to further upgrade their abili-ties.
Use Command Points to call in faction-specific air support abilities. The Blood Angels Stormraven can obliterate xenos with a missile barrage, or deep strike a unit of veteran Assault Marines behind enemy lines. Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scat-ter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.
With live and asynchronous multiplayer, and hotseat modes available, there’s no excuse not to take your friends to war.

Reviews
It’s a very easy way to get into the warhammer universe and can help you understand some tabletop mechanics as well, If you are into the Tyranids and Blood Angels I highly recommend though the DLCs for the game are a little pricey for me, considering the elite DLCs only give you two units for each faction (Hive Guard and Brood Leader)( Sanguinary Guard and Assault Terminators) and for other factions it’s 14.99 just to play other factions
I am definitely liking this, especially the Tau. The campaign was enjoyable and the planetary supremacy mode is fun. I wish it would be expanded to be more similar to DoW 1 planet conquest mode, but its enjoyable. There are more campaigns coming and I haven't tried the Sisters one yet, so looking forward to that.

This is heretical post-primaris nonsense. But if you can stench the evils of this new age where the new tech supposedly outperforms the old, this is a solid 40k tactics game.

Great game and a lot of fun. Combat is what sets this apart to me, and is much closer to a table top feel than other games of this genre. Overwatch is also a huge plus and is the key to the game really. If done well with overlapping fields of fire, the enemies turn will become your favorite part of the game. Except for what is my big gripe., the AI obviously knows exactly where your overwatch can and cant hit and will play accordingly. Just a couple units OW that area it will behave normally, get an army watching it and you will see units pull up short and run back and forth to use up rest of movement instead of charging you, or take their shot 2 hexes outside their optimum range despite having movement left because you are overwatching everything closer, often exploiting site range as well and knowing just where that open hex behind your commander is for jumpacking a troop over a building and landing right there despite no LOS. I would rather have difficulty regulated in other ways and have AI always behave as if they didnt know where I was overwatching. I get not charging into my obvious killbox when you have LOS to those guys all twitching to fire, but if you play enough you will see their behavior goes far past that. The other big downside is the only really good multiplayer game right now for me was Crusade and it has been a work in progress for while now and is completely unfinished. I can highly reccomend game if they Crusade, & barely recommend game if they do not.
nice fights
Having a lot of fun with this one.
