Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a fast-paced turn-based strategy game set in the grimdark universe of the 41st Millennium. Pick your force, develop your army, field mighty heroes and fight for victory using superior strategy, awesome abilities, and devastating weaponry.
Experience an epic twenty mission single-player campaign that explores the aftermath of the Devasta-tion of Baal. Help Sergeant Carleon and his allies purge the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus, and preserve the honour of the noble Blood Angels.
Fight across the surface of Baal on maps of your choosing in the Skirmish mode. Pick the faction you'll lead as well as the one you'll face. Completely customize your army list by selecting your units, heroes and their loadouts. It is available with three different types of Objective: Exterminatus, Conqueror and Strategic Command.
Planetary Supremacy is a conquest-style skirmish campaign, introduced in a free update as part of our ever expanding plan for Battlesector, in which you, the player, decide the outcome.
Take command of your favourite faction and conquer the planet in a series of procedurally generated skirmish battles. To achieve victory, capture more tiles, acquire strategic resources and expand your army. Then, bring destruction to your enemies in Skirmish battles.
Daemonic Incursion is a single-player mode that is available to all Battlesector players as part of a free update that was launched alongside the Sisters of Battle Faction Pack. In Daemonic Incursion, waves of Khornate daemons enter realspace to spill blood, collect skulls and overrun your forces. This is a last-stand mode, in which your objective is simple: SURVIVE!
Command iconic units like the Sanguinary Priest, the Librarian Dreadnought, and the Hive Tyrant to annihilate your foes. Use over 60 abilities and 50 weapons to orchestrate your opponent’s bloody de-mise.
Each faction has a unique Momentum system that can result in a Surged unit. Units that Surge are able to string together superhuman chains of actions, or use the opportunity to further upgrade their abili-ties.
Use Command Points to call in faction-specific air support abilities. The Blood Angels Stormraven can obliterate xenos with a missile barrage, or deep strike a unit of veteran Assault Marines behind enemy lines. Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scat-ter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.
With live and asynchronous multiplayer, and hotseat modes available, there’s no excuse not to take your friends to war.

Fun gameplay, great music and sound design, and the narrative campaigns are really something special. Here's hoping they release more and more of them.
The game is fun as a substitute to the tabletop experience. Just don't expect to come to your first real life game only with the knowledge to from this game, the system can be quite different. The AI isn't the best, i've seen a strong Necron melee unit under the AI walk back and forth because the enemy it was looking for was located right behind a wall it was facing. Though still, most of the time it's enough to have fun with when you're not online. The modes provided in the base game is quite fun. My favorite is the Crusade, where you can go through an auto-generated campaign with your favorite faction. One thing that kept me from giving this a thumbs up: Too many paywalls. The game is very underwhelming for it's full price. If you really need this, wait for a discount. Trust me, you will 100% regret buying this with the full price.

This is my first playthrough on Steam of this game, i believe it is my 3rd time through it. I really enjoy this title. The Fights are tough, the story is good and the replay factor is there, especially if you are a Warhammer fan!
If you want a more up-forward version of 8th + 9th edition tabletop 40K this is a good place, but be ward there are video game HP values and damage values to compensate. IE 120 HP per model vs 55 dmg per attack kinda deal.
Best 40k tabletop to video game translation, IMO
I found the main campaign to be fun enough to buy a DLC. Only to find that the game outside the main campaign isn't very fleshed out.
Closest to 40k you going to get. Really great game.
Terribly balanced game. Goes from Easy to stupid from level to level. Heroes dying is an instant failure. But you can't choose to leave them behind. SO on the last level when you're facing massive numbers of enemies that take about 45 minutes to complete each turn, the odds of one of the fragile heroes dying is high. The pace of the game is absurdly slow as well. Each attack looks like they're fighting through molasses to hit their target. You can accelerate the movement speed, but every attack is so unbearably, frustratingly slow.
