About

What is Wall $treet Raider?
Wall Street Raider is the deepest stock market simulation in gaming history you've never heard of. It's been in active development since 1986. Originally a DOS classic, it evolved through the Windows era and is now being fully remastered for a new generation of Raiders.
Take control of powerful corporations, trade futures and options, and dive into crypto. Build billion-dollar empires, short overhyped stocks, hedge with derivatives. The market is yours.
Trading & Investment
This isn't a simplified stock ticker with pretty graphs like most stock market games out there. Wall Street Raider models real financial instruments and tax implications with real depth.
Buy, sell, and short stocks. Trade options i.e. calls, puts, and advanced spreads such as butterfly, condor, etc. Go long or short on Bitcoin and Ethereum physical coins or futures. Invest in corporate and government bonds. Use interest rate swaps to hedge your positions. You'll have every tool a real investor has.
Banking, Real Estate & Debt Markets
Expand into banking, lending, and real estate finance. Run a major bank. Take over the mortgage industry. Control the loan market.
Borrow strategically, buy and sell bank loans, trade business and consumer loans, deal in prime and subprime mortgages, and set your bank's asset allocation. Manage capital reserves and loan distributions like an actual financial institution.
Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions
You have full control over corporate strategy. Expand, acquire, restructure, or gut rival companies. Dominate entire industries through takeovers, stock maneuvers, and financial engineering.
Execute hostile takeovers. Use greenmail. Conduct leveraged buyouts. Merge with competitors or spin off divisions to unlock hidden value. Split stocks, issue extraordinary dividends, call bonds, restructure operations, and elect yourself as CEO or let someone else run it. If it happens in a real boardroom, it happens here.
Market Analytics & Financial Research
You'll need to analyze global markets, research industries, and track competitors to stay ahead. Dig into earnings reports, cash flow projections, market share data, industry growth rates, and economic indicators. Access professional-level research reports. Use the "Who Owns What" tool to map out your competition. Study ETFs, their advisors, fees, and total assets. Information is power and power is money!
Corporate Warfare & Legal Manipulation
Not everything here is fair play. Finance is ruthless and sometimes you need to fight dirty.
File harassing lawsuits to drain competitors through legal fees. Launch antitrust suits to break up rivals. Spread market rumors to create volatility. Execute liquidations for maximum profit. Hire the sharpest legal minds money can buy. The rules exist, but they're flexible if you know how to bend them.
Startups, IPOs & Venture Capital
Build the next tech giant, pharmaceutical leader, or energy powerhouse from scratch. Make capital contributions to promising ventures. Launch private stock offerings to raise money while keeping control, then take it all public when the time is right. Buy assets to grow your topline and invest in R&D to stay ahead of the pack and increase your margins!
Your Empire, Your Way
Own and manage multiple corporations across industries. Toggle autopilot for any company so you can focus where it matters. Buy and sell corporate assets, offload underperformers, acquire new opportunities. Rebrand companies and reinvent your empire as you see fit.
Competitive & High-Stakes Finance
How do you stack up against other financial masterminds? Wall Street Raider features competitive play against computer opponents and deep financial literacy mechanics so you can prove who truly dominates the market.

This game scratches a certain itch for me
Great tycoon game! If you know anything about finance, this is sure to suck you in off the get-go. If you're like me with only a basic understanding, this is a great tool to learn more and get the great feeling of number go up without needing the millions required to become a wall street tycoon.
Well, it took me a couple days to figure this game out but when I did.. boys, we got ourselves a gem!

아 한글 패치 해주면 좋겠다 ㅠㅠ 기계번역도 안되고 언어의 장벽 여기서 절실히 느끼네 ;;
Really really enjoy this game. The only issue is that the volatility is wayyyyyyy to high. Bitcoin can go from 50k to 1 million back down to 20k all in the same year. If you want to farm money you just buy bitcoin when its cheap and wait it out till it's expensive, sell, and then buy it again when it drops, it's not really a steady linear trajectory upwards with the price floor rising with it, but rather a large number of highly volatile moves that end up largely amounting to nothing at the end as the price isn't really based on anything and just goes up and down all willynilly until it just gets back to 20k or whatever. Not to mention that if, in the game universe, bitcoin reaches a million dollars because it's become a standard currency or the dollar weakened or interest rates are cut, whatever else, the inherent volatility of the crypto would no longer be a volatile entity in itself as the currency becomes standard and not only people, but institutions, want a stable valuation to rely on for transactions, as well as the velocity of money (in BTC supply) increases and thus proper valuations are more easily found. You don't see this type of volatility, particularly in bitcoin irl. Even if it reached broad mainstream appeal and each token increases to over a million dollars, that would just mean the volatility would be way more predictable and huge gains turn relatively stagnant. If it becomes widespread, it's pretty much going to turn into any other currency and maintain it's value, relatively speaking. If it's not widespread, then yea the volatility makes sense, but then the higher valuations don't as not enough people are using it to justify the price. You can build lore and canan in your head to figure it out or roleplay and make yourself feel better about abusing the game systems, but for such a deep and well thought out game this level of volatility in the simulated BTC just seems gimmicky and not well executed. Like it feels good making 40 billion dollars the first six months of the game and steamrolling the ai, but this game deserves better than a Spiffing Brit type of exploit. Overall 10/10 game
Ok so this game I played way back in 1985 on a basic ZX spectrum and it was as good then as it is today, the game makes you think about your investment decisions and how easy it is throw money away into a bad decision. it teaches you how the real world is unpredictable and goverments and events can quickly change the out come of the economy and your investment decisions. so is it enjoyable to play, in my opinion yes absolutely, is it educational for the real world of money for sure it is. This is a rags to riches game but also a riches to rags game if you get it wrong, just like in the real wolrld.
이 게임 한번 하면 걍 다른 주식 게임은 홀짝 도박으로 보여서 못함 미국 회계사가 만든 거로 아는데 경제학 수업시간에 써도 될만큼 수작임
At first I was skeptical, I have no financial experience whatsoever in trading and stocks but this got me interested after watching videos online. And after playing it, it was so much fun, bought it 2 days ago and I have almost 12 hours already. Note for new players: It can get very confusing at first, play the tutorials, trust me, you will be so much better after. This game is so addictive you always want to get better and grow companies and portfolios. 10/10 Simulation, so much fun, thank you dev!
Top notch simulator. Great attentive developer!
