Normally I don't like roguelike games. But I make an exception for this game. The best game I've ever played and went on a hidden object ship for 50 hours. 100% Achievements!
Void Bastards is a great looking game, I legit cannot state how much the visuals gave me eyegasms! Plus, The Stanley Parable guy is in it which kinda caught me off guard lol. At first, I had a lot of fun with this game. But the more I played, the more I felt like I was just doing the same thing over and over again. I just feel like there isn't enough variety for me to come back to it. Sadly it's just way too repetitive for me to recommend it. Probably the most repetitive game I've ever played. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this game.
art-style is peak. love the plot. gameplay is fun as ♥♥♥♥
I bought this game in 2019 and finished it in 2025. Despite only playing it for 20h and uninstalling it a few times I came back every now and then and finished it in the end. It's a unique game with a good sense of humor and great gameplay. I'll surely be playing it again at some point.
This game is very challenging. You have a LOT you have to focus on. I watched my friend stream void bastards for a while before I gave it a go, and I was not disappointed. This game really puts your brain to the test.
Its a fun game to pick up every now and then. Never bored with it. If you like fps survivals and like sci fi then this is a game you wanna check out. The art style and graphics tie it all together.
