Rollercoaster Tycoon meets The Sims. A hidden gem for sure.

I loved this game when I was younger, but unfortunately it's just too old for modern hardware now. I was getting constant crashes to desktop, it wasn't finding textures. It's just technically not up to scratch. I wouldn't recommend buying it for that reason alone. The store page is seemingly dead as well so I don't expect this to improve. However, the few moments I got where it worked were joyous. I spent so many hours playing this game and it was nice to get a small glimpse at least into the past. Save your money (not that it's expensive) and just watch some gameplay footage instead.

Runs just fine on a modern operating system without the need for any third party patches or downloads. This game is a surprisingly good: - Feels very chill to play. - Was made before ESG ruined everything. - Absolute bargain if you get it on sale. Nitpicks: - Placing paving feels janky because the selected square doesn't line up well with the mouse pointer. It's still - perfectly usable, & you don't spend much time placing paving, but it's a little annoying. - Clicking 'view casino', while in a casino, during the tutorial, crashes the game. - If you save the game in a paused state, it will sill load in an un-paused state. - Not the end of the world, just a minor annoyance. - No rebind-able keys.
