Vampire®: The Masquerade-Bloodlines™ delivers a new type of RPG experience-one that blends all the core elements of a traditional RPG with the graphical richness, immediacy and brutal combat of a first-person action game. The game plunges players into the dark and gritty vampire underworld of modern-day L.A. as a creature of the night.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

where is the 99p store quest
It's pretty good. "My main goal is to blow up, then act like I don't know nobody HAHAHAHAHAHA!" --LaCroix, probably
The first 80% of the game — 10/10. The last 20%, when everything turns into a janky linear shooter/slasher with damn-awful bosses and complete imbalance — 2/10. In other words: It lives up to its "cult classic" status 100%.

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Fantastic with the patch plus, wouldn't even run without it. Too bad the 2nd game isn't like this.
lecroix my love I'll die for you
I play this game at least once each year. It has become a tradition. VTMB is as much a flawed gem as it is a part of video game history. It was the first game built on the source engine and the last game by Troika (a pill as bitter as the cancellation of Firefly). It stands virtually alone in the field of satisfying vampire games (which is baffling in and of itself). It adapted the World of Darkness into an immersive, engaging, and deliciously stylized vehicle that kept true to the lore and themes in the source material. Impactful choices, freedom to play as you like, and a wealth of solutions to most problems made it a uniquely freeing experience in a time when most games were extremely linear. A balance of crude humor and scathing social commentary as delivered by a politically underinformed friend ranting on your couch at 1AM who you love enough to enjoy his company and laugh along, the narrative is comfort food for the rebellious underdog inside us all. It is a paradoxically beautiful and ugly game. A time capsule of the era, caricaturing the fashion, sound, and style of the early 00's and creating a venue closer to a dream or fleeting memory than reality. The levels are often winding or crafted without a sense of flow, leaving the player endlessly oscillating between immersion and awareness of the hands that made these unreal spaces. Stiff animations, clumsy cutscenes, and buggy physics scream "this is a video game" at every opportunity and sometimes feels as if this game was simply ahead of its time; a victim of inadequate technology in the face of wild ambition. The story is good, the characters are intriguing, and there are very few quests that aren't worth engaging with. The drama is there, but a little pulpy. The action can be repetitive, but it doesn't ruin the experience. The Clans have meaningful impacts on how you play (Malkavian and Nosferatu especially so). I love this game for all its flaws and for all the beautiful heights it sought, but barely fell short of. It has become part of nostalgia for many, myself included, and in that rose colored retrospective I will always recommend it. Play it and play it again.
