Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 19.14/day in the week to Aug 10 → 25.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Damn what a roller coaster. Not gonna spoil anything, but it's such a beautiful and emotional game. DO NOT look anything up and be sure to go in blind. It's one of those games where you just have to reflect after you play it.

I want my $6 back HIGHKEY. The first chapter was so strong, but the rest was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bafflingly bad. A huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste of time with minor changes and the script writers getting lost in the sauce with their own STORY in the later CHAPTERS. There's better ways to express grief and loss, but the gameplay is such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pain to get through with the two main characters I lost all my endearment towards. Do yourself a favor and finish the first chapter and go to the DLC if you value your time.
I really wanted to enjoy Until Then. The presentation is gorgeous, the soundtrack is fantastic, and the characters are charming. It's clear the developers put much love and effort into it. However, one aspect of the game completely soured the experience for me: the minigames. For a game that's primarily a slow-paced story-driven narrative (to the point some might even say padded), the minigames feel strangely unforgiving. Most of the game encourages you to relax, take your time, and enjoy the dialogue and atmosphere. Then, out of nowhere, you're thrown into reflex-based or timing-heavy sequences that demand near-perfect execution. The shift is jarring. What made it especially frustrating is that many of these minigames leave very little room for error. Missing inputs or making a small mistake can mean repeating large sections of the game, which increasingly destroyed any good will. I guess they were added for variety but for me they just interrupted the story at the moments I was most invested. If someone picks up Until Then for its emotional storytelling and slice-of-life atmosphere, they're probably not expecting several surprisingly demanding gameplay segments that can become roadblocks, especially for completionists like myself. The story itself has its highs and lows, but I would have been much more forgiving if the gameplay had stayed out of its own way. Instead, the minigames became something I dreaded every time one appeared. I can understand why so many people love this game, but the inconsistent gameplay design mixed with incredibly slow pacing made it difficult for me to enjoy. I came for an emotional narrative, not to get stuck retrying minigames that felt completely disconnected from the rest of the experience.

Some games entertain you for a weekend, some games make you think, and then there are the rare ones that quietly settle somewhere in your heart long after the credits roll... and this game is one of those experience... I knew coming into this game was going to be a coming of age story by just the looks of it. You hang out with your friends, you got to school, you meet your love interest, yadda yadda yadda.. but as you play the game.. you notice something unsettling but you can't put your finger on it.. What makes the game so special isn't some huge twist or constant action. It's the way it slowly earns your emotional investment. Before you realize it, these characters stop feeling like backgrounds, unimportant characters, and start feeling like someone who is as important as the main character. Their victories make you smile, their struggles hurt, and the quiet moments in between become just as memorable as the big ones. The pixel art is gorgeous, full of expressive animations and subtle details that bring every scene to life. Pair that with an incredible soundtrack, and the atmosphere becomes something truly special. i want more of this, I NEED MORE OF THIS. THE WRITING IS AMAZING! It amazes me how mature the writing is. It tackles loneliness, grief, uncertainty, friendship, family, and the fear of not knowing what comes next without ever feeling preachy or melodramatic. It trusts the player to sit with those emotions instead of spelling everything out. and that ending? damn... I won't say anything...Not because there's some massive spoiler waiting for you, but because this is one of those stories that deserves to be experienced exactly as it was intended. Go in blind. Let the game take you where it wants to take you. Until Then isn't trying to be the loudest game in your library. It just wants to tell a story. Why don't you give the game the time it deserves and dive in to one of my favorite story driven game....
