Unpacking is a zen puzzle game about the familiar experience of pulling possessions out of boxes and fitting them into a new home. Part block-fitting puzzle, part home decoration, you are invited to create a satisfying living space while learning clues about the life you’re unpacking.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.43/day in the week to Sep 17 → 14.5/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Increíble juego. Demasiado lindo, cómodo, fácil de entender, y de esos juegos que te purifican el alma. 20/10
Cute and cozy game about unpacking with a little story. Great art, sound, and music. It's really easy to get 100% achievements. To be honest, my expectations were pretty high because so many cozy social media creators recommended it. Because of that, the game felt a bit disappointing for me. The gameplay is short, but it still gets repetitive kind of fast. Also, there are some items that are difficult to guess what they are, so that's kinda nerve-wracking. But it's my fault for having high expectations. Still, it's a sweet game and I liked it! Just go in without huge expectations and you'll have a good time.

非常治愈整理游戏!时隔4年半再玩还是非常有意思
muchos juegos cozy la verdad es que me ponen nervioso por intentar hacer las cosas eficientes pero este es super relajante y super buen juego la verdad.
Short but impactful narrative about how life changes for an individual from childhood through parenthood. The story implied through the unpacking of belongings caught me off guard because I thought this was just a sorting game. Instead I was met with parallels to my own life that hit me harder than I thought a little game like this might, and it does so quietly. Getting to 2010 and then 2012 will be an emotional moment for most women, I think, because it is such a universal learning experience that you have to go through, and the way the game drives the narrative is just subtle enough to let you realize the circumstance, but without too much obscurity to be only relatable to the very few.
Loved this game but I would've liked the story to cover the full life cycle of the protagonist, not just the growing up moves. Very short playthrough but I didn't necessarily dislike that.
Would 100% recommend this game. It's very relaxing and yet still finds a way to test your patience with objects that might be in the way at first sight. It definitely doesn't end when you reach the final level, because you'll most likely find yourself playing it again soon, mostly because this game forces you to leave your comfort zone. And since there is so much to do, you'll be surprised by how many changes you have made into previous plays, whenever you do decide to check this game out again, and how this game isn't just an "organizing game", it changes continuously based on the player's preferences and/or life experiences. Would love more games like Unpacking in the near future.
Definitely a cute and cozy game, with interesting level designs and interesting story shown without a single word spoken. Very unique and polished for what it is! Although I do agree that, for the price, it would be nice if there was a little more content included. I've gained all the achievements fairly quickly, which was certainly rewarding, and I believe marking it as the first Steam game I've 100%, in terms of achievements. Although for $20, it did feel a tad too easy compared to other games I've played for similar or even lower prices. But maybe that's just because it's so engaging to play, if you enjoy sorting and organizing! I don't regret owning it by any means, and it's fun to come back to now and again whenever I feel like doing a bit of tidying! :) On top of that, if you only have a laptop to play on, it runs very well from what I remember, so it's easy on the hardware! Overall, cute game, wish there was a bit more, probably best to buy on sale!
