UFO 50 is a collection of 50 single and multiplayer games that span a variety of genres, from platformers and shoot 'em ups to puzzle games, roguelites, and RPGs. Our goal is to combine a familiar 8-bit aesthetic with new ideas and modern game design.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 28 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
UFO 50, to put it simply, is amazing enough that it feels like Mossmouth's magnum opus. This collection of games is massive to the point that even after playing it for as long as I did at the moment, so far, I feel like i've barely scratched the surface. And it's definitely not quantity over quality here; I have yet to find a single bad game in this! It's truly something that could entertain you for a long time. I also love the soundtracks for the games within, and it's extremely impressive that the indie team behind this collection managed to make 50 distinctive games and original music for all of them. The retro aesthetic to every game in here is also very charming; don't let it fool you into thinking these games are bare-bones! That being said, there is only one real criticism I have with UFO 50: if you're a hardcore completionist and you want to take this collection "seriously" by getting all the achievements and 100% completing every single game in it, then I know for a fact you're going to suffer. In my opinion, this game is best played casually and at your own pace; trying to master 50 different games seems like an arduous, if not outright insane journey. It doesn't help that some of the games in here can be surprisingly lengthy. Otherwise? I would so recommend this collection. You won't regret it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I want to love it, I suck at the games. That for me is no thanks.
Oh my gosh this is actually 50 games
SO MANY GAMES, incredible package
An insane tribute to retro gaming and a shockingly thoughtful insight into the spirit of creativity. Almost nobody will play every game, but the experience of rifling through them, singling out your favorites and investing in them, is a joy no other singular game can possibly give you, and the games themselves are obviously made by extremely capable developers with endless ideas and a good sense for design, even when dealing with a load of self-imposed constraints. It might seem a little silly to be heaping such high praise on what appears at first glance to be a bundle of shovelware retro games but please trust me and the legions of others insisting it's good; it's good. Really, really, really good.

Someday I'm gonna make my kid play this and tell him this is what we had to play back in the 90s. Will this make him a better person? I don't know. The headline here is the deception. I hate my son.
