UFO 50 is a collection of 50 single and multiplayer games that span a variety of genres, from platformers and shoot 'em ups to puzzle games, roguelites, and RPGs. Our goal is to combine a familiar 8-bit aesthetic with new ideas and modern game design.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 28 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Someday I'm gonna make my kid play this and tell him this is what we had to play back in the 90s. Will this make him a better person? I don't know. The headline here is the deception. I hate my son.
50 NES-size games with very high quality. The games explore lots of ideas and game concepts, but the design philosophy and background meta-narrative tie them into a cohesive whole that makes it much more than just a bundle of games.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

super le jeu
Best compilation game
J'ai que 3 jeux d'essayés et ils sont vraiment addictifs. J'ai trop hâte de continuer les autres, super compilation de vrais faux jeux
I really like this game, but one issue I have is that some of the games don’t let you save progress, like that one roguelike, or arcade shooter, and beat ’em up. I wish I could save after completing a level. I enjoy challenge, but having to replay easier levels just to reach the harder ones can be frustrating, especially when I’m close to the end of said game. I grew up on retro games, so I know why these games are the way they are. I applaud the devs for sticking to their vision. That said, the lack of saves for some of these games are pretty rough... Regardless, I do like this game and do recomend it. I just hope someday the devs will let us have something like save states after a level is completed. Maybe then I'll be able to beat Campanella 2 someday lol...
Could you've tried making 1 bad game? Instead of 50 INCREDIBLE GAMES!
I never want to hear the phrase "Okay...maybe try talking to me instead?" ever again.
Genuinely a staggering achievement. There are many games in here that I would happily pay 25 dollars for on their own. A must purchase.
