The game is so interesting, helps u reminds of history class. but the ai player is too strong, and too lucky, hard to beat !
Hands down the best boardgame I've played (out of many). Requires long-term planning, guile and nerve while remaining fast-paced and accessible.
relive the joys of global thermonuclear war with Twilight Struggle!

A classic for a reason.
Board game goat, port is functional as well
動畫速度太慢了吧,即便開了Fast仍是龜速,AI思考的速度也超慢
可惜没中文,但玩起来还是很不错的,据说promo卡一直没上,比较可惜。
Sigue siendo el mejor.
Twilight Struggle was for many years ranked #1 on Board Game Geek by its users, which I consider as the gold standard when it comes to a website running an aggregate review list. I would consider it's time at #1 was also during a golden age of board gaming, and for it to hold on to its position during that time proves how strongly people believed in it. I won't go into detail about reviewing the game itself, but to summarize; it's a 2 player cold war showdown simulator were each player chooses between the US or the USSR, and each player tries to control influence across a world map during each turn, with also using a card deck that uses real events to impletment mechanics that players use to take advantage of, or use against their opponents. The real pleasure in the game is from playing the same government over and over, fine tuning your strategy in a game that always still feels unpredictable. How it's adapted into a video board game is well done. There's just enough addition with some eerie ambient music and sound effects that allow the experience to feel a little more immersive. I do find it's a little bare bones when it comes to providing further explanation about some of the situations you can find yourself in. It will warn you when win/lose conditions are about to be met, but I would say a little more detail could have still been incorporated to make the mechanics more accessible. I mostly played single player, or online with a friend. Theres an online match maker too, but I never feel brave enough to play against strangers, so I can't comment on the player count. If you love board games, this is a mandatory one to experience. It's just too good, and I don't think theres a better two player game out there still. It is complex to learn, but thats half the fun.
