TV Archive: Tidy Up Together

This Game is actually fun BUT it's full with AI slop (the disclaimer says it was used as a "supporting tool") and a bug destroyed a lot progress we made (we stacked some shows and movies BEFORE putting them in the shelves and all this progress just went back to a mess with my friend rejoining because he had a bug where he coulnt drop the cassette he had in his hand) this is very frustrating. AND the performance is trash on "better" quality settings.

It's one of those new "Find and Sort" games that are getting out of hand right now. Most if not all of the titles and covers are AI-Generated, and are relatively low-effort... but they were humorous at times, and definitely drummed up that "Late 80's-early 90's" nostalgia for stuff like this. That said, I have a few gripes: Why do the movies have 10 parts? I get a season of cartoons having multiple VHS tapes for it, but what movie other than Titanic had multiple VHS tapes for it? I don't know any that had more than 3 or 4. I suppose it could be like... 10 copies of the same movie? Who knows. "Suspend disbelief and deal with it", I guess. Is it fun? You are sorting tapes and putting them on shelves. I enjoyed it, but I'm far from normal. If you think you might enjoy it, then it's cheap enough to try and not regret. Overall I think it was worth the effort, and I spend a good 15 hours playing it. First run took about 12 hours with limited abilities. I think you could do a hardcore Ability run solo in about 6-7 hours easy. Give it a go. You might like it if you can deal witht eh AI slop images and titles.

I really wanted to like this one, but it feels like it was put together very hastily. Beyond using obviously AI-generated pieces for a lot of the tapes, you have no real indicator of where the tapes go beyond their year or what letter they start with, and you aren't gonna know what goes where until you see the entire category. Like... you aren't gonna know what game show tapes go where until you see all of them. The upgrades force you down a path and don't really feel all that useful with how limited you are. On top of all of that, 5 tapes fell through the floor when I laid them down. I understand that this particular Tidy-Up genre has most of the games within it put together very quickly (and a good amount have AI-generated art, if not being vibe-coded too), but there are examples of games within having thought put into them. TV Archive most certainly isn't one of them.

This game is addicting. I love sorting games.

技能只能按照顺序一个一个升级，而且是根据你整理的件数才能用，不是时间。不过最后可以无脑用技能还是挺爽的
