An imperfect but satisfying title that plays like an indie version of Ratchet and Clank. The fixed camera angle leads to some platformating frustration, and there's no default melee weapon to fall back on. Having to customize your loadout in a separate room is a choice that requires some planning, but I would have preferred being able to change weapon loadouts in game than restarting a level all over. It's a 7/10: a little short and not perfect but as a R&C fan I enjoyed it.
DON'T DO IT! I really want to like this little charmer, but it suffers from what absolutely has to be the dumbest game killing defect I've ever seen. It seems like anytime I do anything which prompts the game to load any animation for the first time, it freezes the entire game to do it. Blow up a crate? Pause-to-load. See a new enemy? Pause-to-load. It's really frustrating and I wish the programmer was actively working on it because this is very fixable. The game just feels incomplete in very unfortunate ways. That's a shame, because it looks like it has a lot of potential :(

I had a lot of fun with Trifox. I was expecting something along the lines of Crash Bandicoot, but it's not really similar, as there's not a ton of platforming, and the gameplay relies heavily on mixing and matching offensive and defensive abilities to use during combat encounters. It's a perfect Steam Deck game. Can be beaten in about 5hrs, or a little longer if you're a completionist.
This game is a 7/10 Maybe in the beginning you feel command and combat a bit clunky, but on a few level you can play flawless.
WARNING
: the diffinculty selector easy/medium/hard/extreme is not the real challenging levels. The real difficulty selector is this: - Melee: Hard - Mage: Medium (really twin stick game) - Engineer: So easy (really twin stick game) This game worth at max 10 buks
Old style like Ratchet and Clank even Rayman
+ Fähigkeiten lassen sich selbst zusammen stellen + Physiks
Rappel beacoup Crash Bandicoo et il se termine en 4H sans foncé mais sans tout débloqué non plus
Im surprised this game isnt more popular! At the core it's pretty good fun, maybe lacks a little bit of soul at times but there is alot more atmosphere/story in the last two boss fights. Good gam
Trifox is a pretty fun little game! It is a 3d platformer with the top view, where you complete levels with enemies to kill, platforming and a little bit of "puzzle". The game says 3 classes but you can combine any of the skills, up to 5, so you can be pretty much anything you want, as long as you unlock those skills with the money you get in levels. If you go for 100% there are also gems hidden through levels, which is fun for the people that likes to get everything, although they have absolutely 0 use, which is a shame. It's simple yet fun to play!
