It's lowkey cool, like build anything you want with no borders whatsoever
A fun little game, whose objective is to build the mightiest and most-complex of little towns, or maybe to breed a huge sprawling megalopolis that blocks-out light and devours little children. There doesn't seem to be any narrative, which is fine - you just jump into it, make an unwieldy mess and leave.
