Total War: SHOGUN 2

The best total war game!

took me 130 hours to win on legendary, the first 100 hours your will get your ass kicked and then you will learn the brutal political system and negotiate while being in constant wars. it manages building your economy vs army so well that one mistake either way can cost you a campaign. battles are a blast but i really appreciate the campaign of base shogun 2 and excited for October.

First Total War game I ever played and will probably always be my favorite, even with it's older graphics I think it's the prettiest Total War game ever made I have so many screenshots from this game that almost look like paintings, the atmosphere is perfect. Big Cavalry charges on an enemies rear is still 15 years later the most satisfying thing in all of total war, you will genuinely feel love in your heart when you witness it. The passion and personality in this game is endlessly charming. If you got into the franchise with the more modern games and found the classics to be a bit too janky this is the perfect sweet spot, it still holds up to this day, yes the naval battles will make you tear your hair out, but sometimes you need suffering to fully appreciate joy. God I don't want to stop glazing this game it's so good.

This is the only game I have been for the longest time in my life. It never gets old for me. An almost perfect game. I took so many of my important life decisions because of this game. What exactly were those life decisions are a topic for an another time.

По мне так это лучшая часть серии total war. Игра старенькая, но визуальный стиль делает её одной из самых красивых игр. Не хватает проработанных механик в компании, но все что есть позволяет в полной мере сконцентрироваться на том, дали чего мы тут собрались: На кровавой резне японцев друг с другом. Тем более что боевая часть и взаимодействие видов войск тут сделаны потрясающе, а импакт от огнестрела тут ощущается ярче всего. Рекомендую всем
