The first game was such a big part of my childhood. Just pure joy and sense of discovery the whole way through. THPS1 was my introduction to extreme sports games, and from there I continued to enjoy the Tony Hawk series for years, as well as Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2, Matt Hoffman Pro BMX, Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder, the entire SSX series...you can say I enjoyed this style of game greatly. This remaster is nothing short of incredible. The graphics are stunning. The controls are flawless, as you would expect. The gameplay is exactly as you remember, but better because for the first time they can be played in 60fps. The challenges add another layer of depth for people who are looking to dive deep in this game, and I can see myself playing this for a long time. I owned the Switch version of this game prior to, and played it for 60 hours, beating the #1 with almost every skater and #2 a few times. So I'm not unfamiliar with what this game offers. My ONLY gripe is they don't have a button to swap between old and new graphics. I would have appreciated that. A neat feature the Halo Master Chief Collection does well, and also the recent Tomb Raider 1-6 remasters offer also. Otherwise...perfection. If you enjoy extreme sports games, play it.

It is a very good remake, although I miss some of the original sounds effects.
Its ok to pretend to be a skater and spend 100 hours 100%ing it like yea its so repetitive but also the most replayable thing ever
É definitivamente um ótimo remake dos THPS 1 e 2, tá muito bom, soundtrack absurda de gostosa de se jogar ouvindo, gameplay tá muuuito fluida igual, diria que até bem melhor que os antigos, o jogo em si é muito bom, se vc é fã da franquia vai gostar muito desse jogo
Ich kenne Tony hawk aus meiner Jugend. (speziell undeground 1 und 2 war im Story Modus der Hit!) Es war ein Spaß im Splitscreen gegen Freunde zu spielen, und Punkterekorde zu jagen. Anders als in Skate geht es hier nicht um den einen perfekten Trick, es geht darum mit vielen Kombos soviele Punkte wie möglich zu machen, dadurch trägt das Spiel für mich und meiner Familiemitglieder jeden Alters zu einem gelungenem Spiele Abend bei.
Jest to radosny i przepiękny powrót do lat dziewięćdziesiątych kiedy było się dzieckiem, pykało w oryginalne Pro Skater i jako super grafika służyła wyobraźnia. Teraz jest to rzeczywisty obraz na monitorze i jest on jeszcze lepszy niż sobie wyobrażaliśmy. Tak właśnie powinien wyglądać każdy remake. Widać mnóstwo serca włożonego w ten projekt, widać że developerzy naprawdę dobrze bawili się podczas pisania tej gry. Najlepsza arcade'owa deskorolka od lat.

Nostalgie pur. Wer die Spiele damals auf der Konsole gespielt hat, wird hier wieder zurück versetzt und absolut auf seine Kosten kommen. Gute Grafik, gutes Gameplay und ein natürlich überragender Soundtrack.
