Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 8 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A fantastic action stealth game that iterates on mechanics from the first while maintaining the same gameplay elements. Level design is a complete step up from the original, with far more memorable locations. The story feels like a downgrade from the original, and oftentimes feels poorly paced and underdeveloped/underexplained. As with all of the old splinter cell games; widescreen fixes and texture patches are highly recommended for a better experience.
The second of the Splinter Cell game series. The game is a marked improvement over the first game and a real gem of a game. The port however, is very bad. Just like the first game in the series.

good game especially if you liked the original. Some good missions but some maps are confusing
They finally released a semi-competent (it still needs a downloadable fix, which is amazing) PC port of this banger and it still didn't save Ubisoft's stock from its five-year freefall. Unreal. Time for the bajillionth-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Assassin's Creed until the rapture swallows mankind whole.

Overall the game was enjoyable! The story is a bit anticlimactic in my opinion but it still worth playing. There were several gameplay improvements made from the first Splinter Cell that I liked. The stealth mechanics felt smoother, I liked being able to quickly cross close gaps and being able to shift Fisher's weight from one side to the other so I could make another jump to a higher spot if I wanted. Hanging upside down from a pipe and being able to shoot is a cool thought but I used it 0 times through my play through of the game. I also thought the level design was enjoyable and flowed well for the most part. As far as criticisms go, The enemy detection felt inconsistent (not as bad as the first game) and they were more sensitive to movement and saw me around corners sometimes. I also felt that the firefights were sometimes frustrating if stealth broke down. Overall, definitely recommend picking this one up and playing through it if you like stealth games!
