Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.71/day in the week to Aug 8 → 26.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I am a fan of Titan Quest 1, had many good hour with it, it even performed smoothly on a laptop. This Titan Quest 2 hardware requirements are crazy, I can only get a round 60 fps with Ryzen 5700X + 6800XT with AMD FSR enabled! and 45fps without FSR! Played for 30+hrs and waited for patches & updates to optimize the graphic performance... but none. Can't bare with such LOW FPS performance anymore, a thorn to the eyes!
No. Not without a sudden drastic pivot from it's current progression and skill systems. It's the gameplay equivalent of walking through treacle. It's such an unnecessary slow slog. The maps are huge but just endless branching paths on branching path, all looking the same and all amounting to so little. The side quests are over involved for how completely uninteresting they are and I can't see additional chapters making any of those plots mean a thing given you move far past them. Levelling feels so slow for the time investment but I'm also like the same level I finished TQ1 by chapter 3, but also made worse by how terribly unrewarding the skill trees all seem to be. The most split into microscopic bits of improvements spread out all over the place. You just don't feel like you get anywhere. Gone are mastery points for "divinity" points which are mostly story gated (though first lot you collect "minor divinity" then next part you are collecting "major lost divinity" and its actually less the the first lot, I gained more points through the levels then the story outcome and it doesn't boost your stats like mastery points did, so it's both and annoying gate and unrewarding investment. Already mentioned the maps, rather then the pretty straight forward paths forging ahead in the original, it's just circling the same bland looking drain 2 chapters at a time. Chapter 3 got me so excited to see the Mount Olympus sets after so many rock pools...and it's nothing but brown grass lands. The enemy variety is not here, even among the monster types you used to see different types of an archetype. But I think most of all its all I think its hurt by their placement, their need to use everything everywhere all of the time. Nothing is special, there's no great surprise. Trash mobs are both too tedious but also too much of nothing, if they used some more rarely and placed things in more purposeful progressive groups that "oh them again" feeling wouldn't be so severe. Though hopefully at some point Mercenaries, Cultists, Marauders and Bandits don't all look the same with some bits of cloth difference, the armours sets look the same across the enemy archetype. Maybe spend less time on the Flamenco dancing demon animation and more time on giving some enemies more identifiable looks. And worst of all is the skill system, I've mentioned the class skills, but I shouldn't have bothered, cause they aren't important, how your mastery deals damage and deals with damage isn't important, what is, is investing points into an energy shield (borderlands) a dodge rolls (souls likes) and basic weapon attacks...cause having your weapon be the thing that impacts that wouldn't make sense or something. They've taken away the focus on largely what made Titan Quest, Titan Quest, and the focus on masteries feeling different to focus on how every class can play exactly the same...so why bother trying others. Oh and the scaling difficulty loops are gone, now not only do you have trash mobs that are endless amounts of tedium, and bosses that are trying their best to be terrible versions of dark soul bosses (got to love telegraphed attacks and danger zones that magically track your character in an instant, totally kills the point), you don't have an intro difficulty that builds on the features you need to engage with, its all a flat bleh...Apart from its "easy" mode, Neophyte, which is a worse balanced difficulty then normal, not for being hard (normal isn't hard its just tedious, joyless) because it's a joke, forget investing points into anything just face roll it all and learn nothing. It's not training wheels to the new shield/limited potion/dodge roll focus fights cause it doesn't teach you about them or even need them at all. Even if I finish the current story content and make myself do the same for 1.0 eventual release, I cannot see myself every being overcome with the desire to do loops, to test classes, or want to farm in this game. It's claiming to be a sequel it isn't and trying to be too many different things that it does badly, half heartedly without the mechanics to actually back up those features and leaving it with some a mixed but largely bland identity that just tacking on more chapters and the odd new mastery, I cannot see fixing any of these game play decisions it has been build up from step one. Loads of people mention performance issues but so far I've had nothing, I think the level of fidelity they have gone for is needless, and has come at the cost of interesting maps and character variations, and likely in larger hordes would cause some loss of performance even to the beefiest of PCs, but so far I had no issues, just game play that honestly isn't enjoyable and is leaving me wonder is it even worth trying to see it through to the end of its story content, to see what will probably be ultimately so few different mythological creatures cause it would have to be 39 chapters to match what we saw by the Oracle in the first game. Not a fan of the voice acting, especially of the male player character who doesn't even feel like an attempt of fitting in world, but felt more like some American bloke trying to do an impression of what he thinks a brit sounds like (you know in all those Hollywood movies the eponymous "British Accent", that doesn't exist anywhere but Hollywood), can't even find a credit of the dude to see if I'm right.

I honestly hate to say this, But I cant recommend it, at least not at full price. Im bored. I have no desire to fire up the game. I can only play in 1-2 hour spurts and I wonder "Why am I doing this?" and then I go play Grim Dawn or D4 or something else. I always play 2 characters side by side for several levels, a melee, and a ranged, just to get a feel, and theyre just boring. I dont feel the builds are meaningful and the masteries are garbage, IMO. I dont feel they add any significance, nor do they make a character unique. I have no desire to play this
When I was a kid, I was a huge fan of Titan Quest and spent hundreds of hours playing it, trying different class combinations and creating all kinds of characters. What I loved the most was how much variety you could get even with the same mastery combination. Sometimes you would find an interesting legendary item or artifact, rebuild your entire character around it, and spend several more hours experimenting with a completely different playstyle. Because of that, I was afraid that Titan Quest II would be too different from the original and turn into another Path of Exile with lots of complicated mechanics just for the sake of being complicated. That's why I kept delaying buying it. But recently I finally decided to give it a try, and I don't regret it at all. I want to go through everything that stood out to me during my four-day marathon of finishing all currently available content. 1. Atmosphere This was the first thing that impressed me. The atmosphere of Ancient Greece feels exactly the way I remember it from the first game. The gods feel both powerful and surprisingly grounded at the same time. Throughout the game you really feel like you're not just another traveler, but a true hero, a demigod, someone chosen to face monsters and even challenge Olympus itself. It all feels very natural and exactly how Titan Quest should feel. 2. World Since I started playing after Act IV was already released, I can honestly say there is a lot of content. There are plenty of different locations and biomes, and exploring every corner of the map is still just as fun as it was in the first game. During my playthrough I didn't leave a single dark area unexplored because I know that behind some random wall there might be a hidden passage, a chest, a mini-boss or an NPC with a small quest. That feeling of exploration is still there. I also want to mention Act IV separately. It's huge. Really huge. And it's not just a big empty map. It's full of events, hidden places, secrets and interesting little discoveries. Throughout the whole act I constantly wanted to check "just one more cave" or "see what's behind that corner." 3. Music Not much to say here. The music volume stayed at 100% from the first minute until the very end of my playthrough. 10/10. Just enjoy it. 4. Combat and skills At first I honestly didn't like the new mastery trees. There didn't seem to be many active skills, some modifiers looked strange, and a lot of passive skills felt almost identical. During the first few hours I had no idea what kind of build could actually become strong. But after about five hours everything changed. I decided to play Warfare + Earth, started looking for synergies between skills, and suddenly all those passive abilities started making sense. In the end I built my character around Whirlwind, Ring of Flame, Flame Volley and several permanent auras. The build became so strong that halfway through the game I started increasing monster levels manually. Eventually I played with enemies being +15 and even +20 levels above me because bosses simply stopped being a challenge. The only thing this seemed to do was give enemies more health. They didn't really hit harder, they just took longer to kill. This process of finding synergies was probably my favorite part of the game. You look at different passive skills, try different combinations, change a few points here and there, and suddenly your build starts working in a completely different way. The only thing I missed near the end was having more active abilities. It felt like most of the time I was using one main attack and a few auras, while in the first Titan Quest I remember having a few more buttons to press during combat. I also think passive skills could be more unique. Right now many of them feel very similar and mostly give different percentage bonuses to different stats. Still, this is Early Access, so I fully expect many masteries to be reworked in the future. What I liked For an Early Access game, there is already a huge amount of content. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the world, exploration, music, the feeling of adventure and always wanting to keep going. The story was more interesting than I expected, and the optimization was surprisingly good. Yes, the game sometimes started lagging, but restarting it always fixed the problem. I also want to mention that the developers really managed to keep the spirit of the first Titan Quest. During the entire playthrough I wanted to fully explore every map, enter every cave, search for hidden passages, complete side quests and simply explore the world. That's exactly the feeling I've been missing in many modern ARPGs. What I didn't like The biggest issue right now is the amount of loot variety. There are too few unique prefixes and suffixes. I would really like to see more interesting item combinations that actually change how you build your character. There are also very few Epic items at the moment. If I'm not mistaken, there are only around 30 of them, and those are just weapons, shields, talismans, rings and amulets. During my whole playthrough I didn't find that many, and some of them dropped multiple times. The funny part is that after finding more than 30 Epic items, I still didn't get a single Epic two-handed heavy weapon that actually fit my build. The only upgrades I got were rings and one amulet. Legendary items are not available yet, so for now we can only wait. Another thing that disappointed me was the absence of artifacts. Maybe the developers decided to remove them completely because there isn't even an artifact slot in the inventory anymore. If that's true, it would be really sad. In the first Titan Quest, artifacts were one of my favorite long-term goals. You had to find a recipe, collect relics, craft weaker artifacts first, and eventually work your way towards stronger ones. It gave you something meaningful to grind for over a long period of time. Scrolls are also missing at the moment, and I hope they return as well. I also have a few small complaints about the UI. For example, the Relic window. When sorting items, identical relic pieces don't merge together, and the sorting itself feels random. I think it could be much cleaner. Another thing that annoys me was the level cap at 55. I understand why it's there during Early Access, but I reached the maximum level while there was still a huge part of Act IV left to explore. At that point exploring the world was still fun, but the feeling of character progression was gone. You don't gain experience anymore, there are no more levels to earn, higher-level gear doesn't exist yet, and exploration becomes the only reward. For an ARPG, that feels a little strange. I also want to mention the balance. Maybe it's just because of my build, but the game felt a bit too easy. Near the end, with War Banner, Valor and fully stacked Rage, my Whirlwind was dealing so much DPS that most story bosses died in about ten seconds. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets adjusted later. Final thoughts Despite everything I mentioned above, my overall experience was extremely positive. The game already has a very solid foundation. It feels like Titan Quest, not like another modern ARPG overloaded with mechanics just because that's what everyone else is doing. Yes, it's still missing Legendary items, Artifacts, more loot variety, proper endgame content and progression beyond level 55. But those are things that can be added later. We also shouldn't forget that this is still Early Access. The most important thing is that the developers have already managed to keep the atmosphere, the sense of exploration, the fun of experimenting with builds and the feeling that makes me want to come back and play more. For me, that's much more important. I'm really looking forward to future updates and the full release.
Weiter so! Freue mich auf noch mehr "Material" :)
