Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 15 → 0.5/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I don't usually write reviews, however i was pleasantly surprised by this title. Its a good game, straight forward and damn good fun. Its grown on me the more I play it . I usually play games like escape from tarkov and Stalker so this was a new type of game and ive not been disappointed. I like its easy style and mix of story telling and turn based hex battles. I for one am looking forward to the next game in the series, well done.
çok iyi bir indie turnbased gamedi
I liked the game, but the dialogue in the last 2 chapters bugged out for me and the credits crashed. Everthing else was good though

Truly exceptional strategy rpg, excellent sense of spatial technique in battles, great narrative tone and one of the better soundtracks I’ve heard from an independent studio, could not recommend more highly for those invested in the genre.
one of the best pc games in this genre
7/10 Fairly solid and easy to get to grips with hex based skirmish type game, with some good unit and equipment variety. The plot is pretty forgettable, as are the characters and their dialogue, with an entirely linear campaign. It feels a little unsatisfying for some reason and not sure I believe their AI statement in the slightest! Not worth it at full price, but fun enough at half off.
If you are looking for a potential Fire Emblem franchise for PC, but much better, watch this lone (literally) indie developer. This game is a solid 9-9.5/10 for about 35-44 hours of playtime with challenging combat and a good storyline, unique items, good unit classes in an medieval universe with basically no magic. I have some reget buying this game at a 50% discount, because its worth its price of 17 EUR and there are no dlc or soundtrack packages to buy. I will buy the next game at full price if its good. Pro's * Hexagon grid system, with 3 normal combat sides, two compromised sides and one for backstabbing. Shield system is basically, extra hp, which recovers 50 or 75% every turn. You have have one-handed weapons and two-handed weapons, with the latter having an extra skill to compensate for the shield. * No cutscenes. Low polygon units hack weapons and throw projectiles at each other and use their skills. Quite nice and fast. * Unit system with 6 base classes and two promotions at lvl 10 and 20 with three options at every promotion. Thus your top units can still have different set of passive and active skills, despite being the same class at the end. Every character you have has its own unique skill. * Simple stat system, with a few items to augment stat development. No item consumables to boost stats * Item system consists of non-depletable standard weapons and unique weapons, which are upgradable with improvements and refinements adding more unique twists. * Then there is a wide selection of unique and standard items with passive or active effects. The amount of stuff an unit takes into battle is determined by endurance. * Currency (denarii) is scarce throughou the whole game, due to upgrading items. * Solid storyline with only a few plotholes, with a a decent amount of twists and turns and no clear end goal, until the chapter 18-19. * Nice character portraits and music. * Works flawlessly on Linux Zorin (tested) and Steam Deck verified. Cons * This game suffers from unused units not getting xp's and with all enemies improving, it becomes quite hard to train a lvl 10-15 unit against lvl 25+ units. There are no lower levels units either, all units are the same level, each battle. This does however make the game challenging. * Not side objectives after chapter 15. This makes each battle more fun. * Not that much character dialogue, but decent/good quality. * No savesystem for battles which can last 45-90 minutes. You can save, by quitting, but not return to a specific turn or at a specific moment. A mistake halfway through can be time-costly. No savescumming either. * No new game+ mode. Alternative games * Symphony of War. Tactical rpg, with a square grid layout, set in a medieval world with magic and gunpowder. You control squads up to nine units with a selection of 60 classes to attack other squads. This is quite different from Those Who Rule, but at least a 7.5-8.5/10 to play and has New Game+ modes. Storyline is weak compared to this game. * The Expeditions series. All have hexagon grid layout with six player controlled units against opponents with a focus on exploring land in the real world with limited magic. Expeditions Viking is the best. followed by either Conquistador (barebones, first game) or Rome (storyline falls apart), depending on your preference for a game. Games are at least 7-9/10 for this serie. * Tyranny. Different genre. This is a RPG with time-based battles in a bronze/iron age, magic infested setting in which you fight with a squad of four for the force of evil with a lot of decisions determining the outcome. This game is a good 8/8.5 in terms of gameplay.
