Pretty good, up until the part with the sniper rifle and the scenario design starts curbstomping you violently. A solid game overall, well designed, but that final stretch is brutal as hell. Level skipping is at least an option, but still.
There was only one problem I ran into in the game: sometimes when you die you lose all your guns and equipment slots, but it always fixes itself after resetting a couple times.

This game is technically a cash grab, but not in the same sense as you think it is. It was made in a month in order to fund Miziziziz's main game Thouest Thee or Wrought Fless (The name is...n't decided); however, Theyest Thou still feels polished and really fun to play. One can tell that there was a lot of love that went into crafting a smooth telekinesis system, and levels that are challenging but fair. Overall, I recommend this to anyone with a buck to spare and wanting some quality entertainment.
Pretty short, though I could not beat the spongy boss on Hard. Being a literal tank on rails, it's no wonder he outtanks me every time.
Buggy. Whether you restart the level with or without your previously held gear seems to be random. You can beat each level with the weapons available on that floor, so why the inventory mechanic? I will refund the game because the puzzles simply aren't fun. If you or the weapon are in line of sight of the enemy, they will 1-frame insta kill you. There is no indication whether you are in that line of sight. When you shoot enemies from behind or while they are looking around, sometimes they look back at you straight away or take their sweet time finding you. Ultimately I don't feel very rewarded finishing the levels because the difference between me killing the enemy or getting insta-killed seems completely arbitrary way too often, so wins feel unsatisfying and losses are frustrating. I like the concept and I'm sure that I would have enjoyed the game if there was more information about the enemy states, like an LOS indicator or a little icon above their heads whether they are investigating a noise/death, looking around or just patrolling as usual.
TLDR; The game is flawed but good Theyest thou is an interesting game for me. I feel as though I should dislike it because the game can get frustrating at times to me at least but the core game play kept drawing me back, not to mention that the game has an interesting art style, though this compliment is kinda balanced by the fact that a majority of the game takes place in white corridors and areas. What i'm trying to say here is that while it has flaws, I enjoyed Theyest thou.
Quick fun
