Segredos e bônus valem a pena ir atrás.

The Witches' Tea Party, developed by Rabbiton in collaboration with StarAura and published by Rabbiton, is a whimsical narrative adventure that blends lighthearted fantasy with understated mystery. At first glance, it presents itself as a cozy, colorful tale centered around a gathering of young witches, but as the story unfolds, subtle tension and darker undertones begin to surface. The result is a compact yet memorable indie experience that relies heavily on atmosphere, character interactions, and branching storytelling rather than complex mechanics or action-driven gameplay. The story follows Charlotte, a young witch attending what appears to be an ordinary tea party. The event quickly becomes the focal point of a layered narrative filled with secrets, eccentric personalities, and hints that not everything is as cheerful as it seems. Players interact with a diverse cast of witches, each possessing distinctive traits and motivations that gradually reveal deeper narrative threads. Dialogue-driven progression forms the backbone of the experience, allowing the player to explore conversations and piece together the truth behind the gathering. While much of the tone remains playful and charming, occasional unsettling moments introduce contrast, keeping the story from becoming predictable. Gameplay centers on exploration and interaction rather than combat or reflex-based challenges. Players navigate small environments, engage in conversations, gather clues, and complete light tasks that advance the narrative. Puzzle elements are minimal and designed to support storytelling rather than serve as major obstacles. This design choice keeps the pacing gentle and accessible, encouraging players to focus on character relationships and environmental details. The structure leans closer to a visual novel with adventure game elements, offering a relaxed yet engaging experience. One of the game’s strengths lies in its artistic presentation. The visual style is colorful and storybook-like, with hand-crafted character designs that reinforce each witch’s individuality. Backgrounds are stylized but detailed enough to create a cohesive magical setting. The soundtrack complements the whimsical tone, blending soft melodies with occasional shifts in mood that underscore narrative developments. Together, these elements establish an atmosphere that feels inviting yet subtly enigmatic. Branching paths and multiple endings add replay value. Choices made during interactions influence character dynamics and determine how the story concludes. Some endings lean toward cheerful resolution, while others embrace darker implications hinted at throughout the narrative. This variety encourages players to revisit the experience, experiment with different dialogue decisions, and uncover hidden facets of the story. Although the game is relatively short, its multiple outcomes give it depth beyond a single playthrough. Thematically, The Witches’ Tea Party explores trust, curiosity, and the hidden complexities behind seemingly simple situations. Its balance of charm and mild suspense gives it a distinctive tone within the indie adventure space. It does not attempt to overwhelm players with mechanical systems or expansive worlds; instead, it succeeds through focused storytelling and strong character presentation. Ultimately, The Witches’ Tea Party is a compact narrative adventure that thrives on personality and atmosphere. Its accessible gameplay, expressive art direction, and branching narrative make it an appealing choice for players who enjoy story-driven indie titles. While modest in scope, it leaves a lasting impression through its blend of whimsical charm and subtle mystery, offering an engaging experience that rewards curiosity and thoughtful exploration. Rating: 8/10
Yaaas, finally in a seasonally appropriate time! So this is the prequel to Trick & Treat; featuring Charlotte. It's significantly longer than T&T, and has waaaaay more collectibles (you'll need a guide if you're trying to 100%). Also, like in T&T, you unlock the "Extras" on the menu as well as a new outfit after clearing the game. Overall, it was quite an experience! Can't wait to see what the upcoming remake has in store!
Overall it's just OKish RPGMaker game. It has good puzzles and mystery solving (which could be tricky for some people), with fairly good artstyle. But the story isn't that good, the early part was rather boring and there are too many characters for the short gameplay duration. Anyway, consider this game if you're an RPGMaker enthusiast who doesn't mind an OKish experience.
This game was great! The first chapter really sucked me into the story and every other chapter kept surprising me :) Fun and interesting gameplay and more ways to die further into the story. If you thought this game looks too cute or girly, think again! It's full of murder mystery plot. And if you love magic and witches, I would recommend this ^^
