Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.43/day in the week to Aug 21 → 20/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Choices don't actually matter in this game, but you'll still happily let it hold your conscience hostage and emotionally ruin you. 10/10 (Masterpiece).
O jogo é bom pa karai. Antigo e bom
CLEEM IS GOTY AND LEE IS PRIME <3; I LOVE YOU
Muy bueno, es emotivo e inesperado. Aunque siento que las decisiones tomadas no son mucho para que cambie el rumbo de la historia, ya que el final será el mismo.

14 years. Man, this game came out two console generations ago… oof, my heart. I am not going to give a long-winded review: the game is good. I love the art style, and even though I beat it many moons ago, I wanted to replay it before diving into the later seasons. Even knowing what happens, I still find the story to be incredibly solid. The themes fit perfectly, and the overall atmosphere is wonderfully bleak and full of despair. While the characters often make dumb decisions, it completely fits the context—they are starving, stressed, scared, and paranoid. The sound design is excellent, and shooting "walkers" in the head feels highly satisfying thanks to the jerky animation and responsive feedback. Sometimes, the sudden facial reactions to your dialogue choices even gave me a small chuckle. The game does a great job making characters simultaneously likable and unlikable based on how fast they change under pressure. However, I do wish the story had more of the actual variety the game sells you on. Alternatively, I wish they didn’t advertise choice so much and just focused on a tighter, purely linear narrative. Overall, this game is a true classic and gets a solid recommendation. There are some minor annoyances that bring it down a point, but it remains an excellent experience. If someone told me it’s a 10/10, that is totally fair; if they said it’s an 8/10, I could easily see where they are coming from. This story can really hit you in the gut, and I even found myself liking some of the more gruff characters. Finally, "Shut up Doug." is my absolute favorite line in the game. You can’t make that a dialogue option and honestly expect me not to click it.
