Requires admin privileges to install a virtual hard drive onto your system. What the ♥♥♥♥? The drive has a working torrent for a movie. What the ♥♥♥♥? The drive has a ton of random .EXE installers that I assume are relevant to the puzzle. What the ♥♥♥♥? The password protected files, that are the point of the game, have absolutely nothing interesting in them. What the ♥♥♥♥?
When you have to install random programs to your computer to explore the game (with permissions given) - I'm out. Why not have this game played on a virtual machine, in engine? I know this game isn't scamware, but why risk it? Playing this game made me feel irresponsible because I was actively opening up my real computer to potentially malicious software. I hope people who play this game never actually try inserting a random USB stick into their PC thinking they know better.

Should have been done on a virtual pc, cool concept, executed poorly unfortunately.
This is one of the most unique steam "games" ive ever played. It can barely be called a game as you scramble through *ACTUAL* folders, files , pictures and videos on your file explorer on your computer. Its weird and dubious that it replicates an actual drive on your pc but its very respectable the effort they put it to make it as realistic as possible. at the moment for 7 pounds it feels like a job and doesnt really warrant entertainment to me for a game but if this rough idea gets expanded on it could be the birth of a very unique, quality detective game.
bruh,I thought I might get hacked
It's a cool concept but yeah, can't recommend playing it when you aren't in a VM.
Interesting game. What you see is what you get - a USB stick with files on it, and the loose challenge to find out what happened. To do so, you need to unlock three zip files by finding their passwords based on hints in the other files on the disk. There is no in-game explanation of what actually happened and you are left to connect the clues on your own. A detective game without the payoff, as it were,
I like the idea of the game, having an actual drive get mounted that you have to explore to solve puzzles and such is really cool, but I just did not enjoy this. The goal of the game is to determine the passwords for zip files, even then, you expect those folders to have more lore or something of interest, well they don't. One of those folders has a single file with something like
"add a dot to start of the next password"
. In the end, it is just not satisfying to make progress in this game. Also, the drive came with installers for software needed to open the old file formats, like, I don't want to have to install a bunch of crap. Could have at least provided portable apps. There were also weird torrent files for movies. Meh.
Польская игра в которой нам нужно отгадать пароль от трех архивов. Есть английские титры.... Повтыкал отгадал только 12345 в первой флешке и все... Даешь русский язык!
Inspired experience. You're given a found thumb drive of 10-15 pictures and a diary, which you must use to piece together an event. It's open in a way that I think many would dislike, but I enjoyed what it was going for. There are also 3 zipped files you can open using some puzzle solving skills, though it's really an option Easter egg and I just looked them up for the achievements. Whoops
