Discover and colonize a galaxy of procedurally generated planets, each with unique ecosystems and challenges to conquer.
Manage the delicate balance of planetary ecosystems to help nuggets thrive. Your decisions and your followers’ ' actions influence global climates and have real environmental consequences. (Try not to kill them in an ecological disaster — well, unless you want to, of course.)
Unravel the layers of a deeper cosmic story that challenges your perception of who and what you are — and reveals unexpected twists!
The Universim is a strategy city builder game with “God” elements where you guide a civilization (Nuggets) from the Stone Age to the Space Age. Manage resources, dynamic challenges, and ensure your Nuggets can survive, thrive, and spread to the stars.
The Universim features more than 200 research perks that will help you to shape your civilization. Be as benevolent or malevolent as you like to drive nuggets to evolve, advance, and expand. (Even the best civilizations need an occasional smiting).
Every planet in The Universim is procedurally generated and offers unique characteristics and challenges, ensuring that every world and every game is unique and engaging. Ecological balance and resource management are critical to success. Nuggets have their own needs and behaviors you must attend to. Your guidance will shape how they deal with conflicts, natural disasters, alien creatures, and other civilizations. Their growth and evolution depends on you!

Almost scratches the Black & White itch. 2026 Update: Devs completely abandoned game for over a year now, no interaction with community whatsoever. Last post in news channel on discord was them advertising a different game. Beware, Crytivo are the publishers for Worshippers of Cthulu as well and it appears they're doing the same thing after 1.0 release. I do not suggest buying or supporting anything made or touched by this company.

My old review is below. My new review, is that the game has not been updated, no bugs fixed, no work done since launch,. so over a year and a half. The game is missing the last part, optimizing the space age. Colonizing other worlds is very hard and management is very manual. The game is abandoned at this stage, and unfinished. I had hope, but it's over. I recommend it on a mssive discount. ====Original review below=== What a journey. And it has only begun. This is the most fun I've had in a long while. Pace is great, it really makes your game like a journey. Once you launch your first spaceship you'll shed a tear "my they have grown". There are some in game crises till then however. Maybe some wars. Maybe some pollution. Challanges with resources, and so on. Then the game begins, as you go to space. And other planets and moons. Sure, the interface can be better. Some things are less useful that others that are missing. Integrating modern age buildings in an environment that begun in the stone age is a bit difficult, but then again, same problem in reality and modern infrastructure planning. But the game is great! I could barely get up. The devs have made a fine job and I am sure the game will live and breathe for a long time. Really worth the price tag, especially if there's a discount.
Love it. I do kinda wish there was a construction que so we can see where building projects were as far as progress
