Das Spiel macht super viel Spaß. Man kann einfach mal zwischendurch einen Raum oder ein Haus gestalten und kommt schnell voran. Bisher hatte ich noch gar keine Bugs, das Spiel läuft bei mir sehr flüssig.

игра просто клас очень залипательная и прикольноя.но есть пару минусов :если ты не сделал ремонт в доме то купить его ты не можешь тоесть нужно сделать квест а затем можно купить ,элитные квесты попадаются редко и чтобы пройти всю линию элитного квеста нужно 3 раза делать одно и тоже,и последние если нужны деньги -кредит и все.ну а вцелом все отлично
The Tenants – Review Verdict: Recommend! A chill landlord sim where you decorate apartments, evict weird tenants, and wonder why Uncle does everything better than you. 🛠️ Things I Like (aka why I keep coming back): Progression is smooth like butter. You actually feel like you're getting somewhere, and it doesn’t make you grind your soul into the carpet. Furniture overload! If you like putting a mini-fridge next to a king-sized bed for aesthetic reasons, this is your jam. Renovation contracts are short and sweet. Unlike redoing an entire apartment, these don’t consume your life. Perfect for when you only have 30 minutes and questionable decision-making skills. The art style is cute without trying too hard. Cozy, clean, and the UI doesn’t make me cry. Feels like Pinterest and Excel had a friendly baby. 🧹 Things I Dislike (aka the pain points of landlord life): No personal HQ/business yet. I wanna run my own empire, not just be Uncle’s glorified intern. I get it’s on the roadmap—but I'm impatient and dramatic. Let me do some of the dirty work! My avatar is just standing there while Uncle fights rats and cleans up like a ninja. Give me a mop, I’m ready. $1600 to exterminate rats?? Who are they hiring, the Rat Whisperer? Uncle does it for free in 5 seconds. What’s the logic here? Some bugs still hanging around. Not the cockroach kind—just little glitches that sometimes need a good ol’ restart slap. Can’t place new outside doors. Have a lovely garden? Want a door to it? Too bad. You'll just have to imagine people climbing through windows or teleporting. Final Thoughts: Despite a few quirks and some rodent-related rage, The Tenants is a fun, cozy, and creative game that scratches the renovation itch without overwhelming you. Just don’t think too hard about the extermination prices.
Ehhhh, it's just *quite* not there. It doesn't scratch the itch enough for me. It gets to the point where it's basically The Sims build mode. It's not as Sims as I hoped.
Its fine on a sale but I wouldn't buy it outside of that. The tutorial at certain points did not give you all the info you needed and I had to go watch a youtube video and then I only found the info in the comment section. It also gets boring after a while. You spend most of your time trying to figure out why something isn't working even though it should be and what is blocking an object even though there is space between it and it shouldn't be blocked.
