Good game
I bought this on sale. It was well worth it. No crashes or bugs yet but the interface is kinda hard to get used to. I played this game for 4 hours when I tried it the first day. I'm really enjoying this one.
"テナント"と銘打っていますが、最初はリノベーションしかできません。 よく調べずに買ったのも悪いですが、ちょっと名前詐欺かなと感じました。 リノベーションの操作感もあまりよくないですね。 Sims4の家具配置に近いものがありますが、これならハウスフリッパーの方がよりリアルで楽しめるかなといった印象です。 結局テナント要素を楽しむところまで進む前にやる気がなくなってアンインストールしました。 個人的にはこのタイトルにするなら最初から大家さん要素は欲しかったなぁと思います。完全に出オチで面白さを全く感じられませんでした。

Nele, você assume o papel de um proprietário que precisa comprar, reformar e decorar imóveis para depois alugá-los. O ponto forte do jogo está na personalização: é possível planejar cada detalhe dos ambientes, escolhendo móveis, estilos de decoração e até o perfil dos inquilinos que irão morar ali. Além do lado criativo, há também o desafio de lidar com situações inesperadas, como inquilinos problemáticos, contas atrasadas e reparos urgentes. Essa mistura de design de interiores com gerenciamento financeiro e social torna a experiência dinâmica e divertida. Com atualizações constantes e bastante espaço para usar a imaginação, The Tenants é indicado tanto para quem gosta de criar ambientes bonitos e funcionais quanto para quem curte jogos de estratégia de negócios. Uma ótima pedida para relaxar e, ao mesmo tempo, testar suas habilidades de gestão.
I have tried to have fun with this game, but it's clearly been abandoned by the devs. The rooms don't work as intended, trying to force you into putting 3 bunkbeds and a table onto a balcony that couldn't possible fit it all, forcing you to lose the contract, and this happens the worse on the elite contracts. It constantly freezes, forcing you to restart your game, and the saves are easily corrupted by playing faster than the tutorial, which you cant turn off. I lost my ability to purchase properties in a month long save because i sold a property before the game told me to, which didnt seem like it was ever gong to happen after a whole freaking month of playing it. You can't even cheat your way through the bugs like you can in sims. wish i could refund my 2 bucks.
