Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great RPG-Puzzle game with an excellent story!

Really fun so far. Feels like the cabin escape room exploration from Inscryption, mixed with RPG like secrets from games like tunic. Cool love letter and mashup!

This game is simultaneously a commentary on metatextual games being too far up their own butts *and* too far up its own butt that is loops around into something great. It's so sincere in itself and in the rage behind it. 10/10. This is what Jonathan Blow should have become.
Effectively plays like a series of escape room puzzles dressed up as a JRPG. A lot of the fun of this game is around discovering the story and secrets of the game as well as the 'story' around the creation of the game itself. It's a good time, I highly recommend it.
Is the gameplay and time worth the price? Debatable. Is the story being told worth supporting? I very much think so. I would have very much liked to see the "full version" metroidbraina, or the game this is based on; But that's kinda the point, isn't it?
really great puzzle game with a fun, twisting narrative!
Very impressive.
This is a great piece of metafiction that I'll probably be thinking about for a long time. The way it approaches nostalgia and the philosophy of RPG remakes is so fascinating! My only real gripe is that the combat can be slow in the second half of the game.
I love Darkhart!
