Unskippable cut scenes as if I'm supposed to care about Evan's boring life outside of the job. Dev should've made a movie, not a game.

Oof. This game summarized the phrase "that could have been an email." The game is 95% slowwwww dialogue and 5% actual game play. I kept waiting for the game to get started so I could actually try to get to the bottom of something. If you want to sit around bored reading through a story with a couple questions you have to answer throughout, this game if for you. If you actually like any kind of intellectual challenge, problems solving, etc, avoid this one at all costs... even if it's free.. there's just sooo much sitting around watching words go by. 0/5 stars

非常好游戏！很幸运当时在电子养胃的时候玩到这一个游戏！ 沉浸感很强 流程有惊艳到我！解密可能略少 流程略短 游戏内没有存档点 而且所有视频文字都无法快进 导致补成就相对麻烦

好玩是好玩，很新颖，但是流程也太短了吧，我还以为会有二周目呢

I wish I liked this more. This is not a game about being an FBI operator, solving cases with little guidance. This is a standard conspiracy game that pretends to have options when it is all very railroaded. The game is: 5% cool deductive work, 70% listening to people re-explain what is happening in case you quit and reloaded the game after each day 25% watching a black screen and listening to someone walking home I like the controls, as simple as they are. But I am shocked to see people compare this to anything like Obra Dinn or Case of the Golden Idol. If you have are ok with a corny story, lots of reading and listening (not detective work, just fluff), and one of the worst time-sensitive, feel-bad, mini games if seen in a game like this, then you might actually enjoy your time. This is a $5 game on sale if you have exhausted the other detective games on Steam.

I would not recommend buying this game for full price. It feels more like an interactive visual novel than an detective mystery game, and little of the choices have consquences that matter. There is only one ending that makes the game feel like it was cut off short.

uses ai. my fault for not seeing that requirement before getting the game. thank god i only got it for a dollar. support real artists

Short but quite sweet. However that also colors the recommendation in that I can't recommend buying the game full price. Buying it on sale, it's a fantastic game that you can run through in a few hours, then go back and get any achievements in if you missed them. Arguably, the game felt like it has some more content to it, but the developers either left it out or held it back for a potential sequel or DLC.
