Stellar voice acting, beautiful art and animation, and a gripping story

The perfect cap on this amazing trilogy. The wait was worth it

I can't wait to re-play it and note down all the clues within clues the developers left. Incredibly polished game. Best in the series. If you're looking for a visual novel detective story, this is up there with Phoenix Wright and Professor Layton.

Easily one of my new favorite games of all time. Fun characters, interesting story and chill gameplay. If this one catches your eye I'd highly suggest playing Tangle Tower first as there are lots of call backs and imo some big emotional payoffs that you'd miss without the context of the last entry. They took everything they learned from Tangle Tower and improved on it. It's understandable that the devs are stepping back from the series after putting literal years into this game but I would be lying if I said I didn't desperately crave a third (fourth?) Instalment in this series. My favorite joke is when Wirman talks about how “making a sequel to something people like is daunting” followed by a sprite of Grimoire silently smiling and looking into the camera for only a second.

10/10 game, one of the best indie games ive ever played
