So many loops 8
While this game is still new - and probably needs a little more polish to make its mechanics easier to understand - it's a blast to play. The gameplay is satisfying and there's many strategies that can be used to succeed. At first, you'll think speed & fuel is the only way to win. But then you learn about the drifting mechanics, ghost cars, and all sorts of interesting synergies. And the game slowly trickles these out to you through its unlock system, making it a manageable amount to digest. I think some of the cards (the perks you can equip) are a little underpowered, but nothing feels overpowered. I think the game is pretty well balanced and will continue to get better with time. There's also the very real possibility that I just haven't learned how to use those weaker cards properly! After 10 hours spent in the game, I still have plenty left to see and unlock. The game's visuals and music are both top notch. I adore this game's soundtrack and all the little sound effects that give you the same dopamine that games like Balatro or Vampire Survivors do. There's many helpful visual indicators for what's going on at any given time that you may not even catch right away. They stylize them like lights on your car dashboard. It's very fun! I thoroughly enjoyed this game during Steam Next Fest, and I'm happy to say it has been worth the wait. I'm addicted and having a blast. I've reached the elusive infinity score (which you can reach through this game's "endless" mode), and the challenge of figuring out how to do so was super satisfying. Everyone should give this game a try. It's clear the dev is passionate about what they do, and I can't wait to see how this game evolves in the near future.

Great game, creative combos, very surprised this is not more popular
I enjoyed this, quite a lot. However, I will stop playing it because after reaching a certain threshold you cannot progress beyond certain breakpoints. Like many other roguelikes, this game falls into a progression trap that where the more you play, the more bloat is added through unlocks, and further dilutes the randomisation of items you recieve. I have 10 hours, of which I can say 8 hours was me actually playing and enjoying the game, and another 2 of me rerolling because I literally cannot progress given what is being offered to me in shops or packs. There are certain points where you require scoring, but all your options are miscellaneous build progressors that do nothing inherently. For example of my most recent run; I need to score at least 2400 points to pass the round and my options from my gate pack are extra drift time, refueling your refuel meter, and scoring gates recieve +1 score when passed (note, I do not have scoring gates currently). I score 100 each lap, barely pass the round, and am rewarded with a charm pack that gives me extra time on ghost cars, extra lucky chance, or increase the round scaling. I am not going to talk about cards in depth, because cards are good so long as your build facilitates or outright useless.
You'll never catch me, Loopler! Not when I shift into maximum overdrive!
两个小时玩下来,感觉游戏乐趣还可以,玩到一个小时开始感觉腻了,重复度有点高,价格我觉得砍一半比较合理
Pretty fun game. Played the Demo and partook in the Playtest. Game has greatly improved since then. Price might seem a tad bit high, i think 4.99 or even 5.99 would be a better bet. Still, so far, worth every penny. Grab this game to kill time and come up with some pretty cool combinations.
The dopamine does in fact go up but the game is very repetitive. For a roguelike, there is not that much choice. You can quite literally win everytime by making sure you have the max amount of cards and gates. It doesn't even matter which ones you have, they all contribute a lot to the score. Also if you get a modifier for every slot then you pretty much cannot lose. In the end it just amounts to the car going around very fast and nothing more. I want to give this game a 5/10 but I follow the dev is very kind and funny.
