Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 2 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this is a great pnc adventure with really funny dialogue that cracked me up.
first time was when you look at the gun in the shaman's hut. second time was when you read the shaman's letter after the owl drops it and a couple of times after that.
the dialogue options also are at times hilariously written. the puzzles on the other hand can be pretty obtuse at times, but no worries, not too obtuse. they're comparable to mi 1 & 2's puzzles. in fact, the whole game is one of the few new, modern pncs that actually reminds me of monkey island. not only how the game looks, but the humor, the puzzles. it's amazing. too often people are quick to praise these kind of new pncs in reviews that try to capture the magic of old lucas arts games, but then when I try them myself, I end up being disappointed. not here! finally, found a pnc that deserves this high of a praise. I hope this won't bite me in the ass, as I still haven't finished the game, but am about ~60-70% through.

A great adventure game that borrows it's style from Lucasarts. It's a cliche but it really does compare most to Monkey Island 1, Loom and other early Lucasarts games right down to the animation style and humour. The puzzles are pretty good, not a lot of moon logic aside from one or two silly solutions. I managed to finish it without a walkthrough, it's right in the sweet spot of challenging but not frustrating. Looking forward to playing their next game!
What an amazing game! Wasn't sure what to expect but played the free demo, loved it, then bought the full game and loved that too. The story is fine, characters are interesting and memorable, the music is great, but the thing that makes this game so good is the puzzles: they are so well designed and thought out. For most of the game there are multiple problems to tackle at any one time across a range of locations, and there is a nice logic to them that makes it really satisfying to progress. The puzzles really are the star of the show here. I liked how much interaction there was the environment, how many objects could be looked at or picked up. The characters and locations are re-used nicely as the storyline progresses so it feels like there is always value in returning to a previous location when stuck. A few of the puzzles have clearly been inspired by or are a fond nod to Monkey Island as well, which is nice, and I think any Monkey Island fans will feel really at home with this game. My only criticism is that there some more clues could have been given from Skye's reaction to trying certain things or when looking at certain things, just to nudge you along a bit in the right direction, but really that is a nitpick. I highly recommend this game to any fans of the genre.
Unfortunately, I really wanted to like this game, but in the end I just couldn’t—despite giving it a fair chance. Just because a game is meant as a tribute to a classic doesn’t mean it has to copy the flaws of the original as well. A modern version should capture the spirit while improving on the weaknesses. Did Thimbleweed Park repeat the design mistakes of Monkey Island 1 or Maniac Mansion 1? Not at all—it kept the charm while trimming the frustrating parts, leaving puzzles well-balanced and the adventure flowing naturally. Here, sadly, that’s not the case. The game seems determined to replicate not only the strengths but especially the weaknesses of those old titles. You have to do exactly what the game expects, or you’ll just get generic, unhelpful responses from the environment. It feels more like an old Sierra game than a LucasArts one. On top of that, the inventory quickly gets bloated with too many useless items. Some puzzles end up being solved through random trial and error (throwing bleach to kill fish? That makes no sense to me. The missing squirrel poster isn’t clear, so it’s not obvious what detail is missing in order to deliver ours and the generic feeback doesn't help). Even basic options are missing—you can’t even adjust the volume for music and effects. It’s not a bad game, but it constantly swings between clever puzzles and completely nonsensical ones. The story isn’t terrible either, but the overall balance just doesn’t make it worthwhile enough to see through to the end.
Erinnert sehr stark an Monkey Island bzw. Lukas Arts Adventures. Mit sehr viel Lieb zum Detail und tollem Humor gemacht. Gut zu lösen durch herumprobieren.
