It Comes In Waves

Walking around the desert, managing water and fighting off enemies, trying to grow the flower had me entranced for the close to an hour of its runtime. It was a desolate but interesting world to inhabit. Narrative also fees into those feelings of isolation, where your character seems to have done something that the settlement can't forgive them for. I remember it being pretty easy and beating it first try, but I guess others found the difficulty harder and it lent to the atmosphere.

A short, sweet, and meaningful little game. I only died once because I forgot fall damage was a thing. I loved the atmosphere, it feels rare to get a game that focuses on that instead of visuals now. That being said the visuals were lovely, and it had a meaningful ending.

very short game with a nice message in it's ending, my only wish is that this could somehow be expanded onto something a little more fleshed out, but its a fun experiment nonetheless
