90%オフの259円で購入。 実機のアーケード版？があるらしいがそっちは未プレイなのでPC版のみ。キーマウでプレイ。 敵の弱点が頭じゃない場合があったりリロードをめちゃくちゃ挟むなど多少のクセはあるものの、シンプルなゾンビ物レールロードシューターという感じで普通に面白かった。 ただ、内容量が少ない。 4チャプターでエンディングが3種類。 ストーリー分岐で展開が変わるといえども全体的な内容量では定価だと物足りなさを感じそう。 実績解除のために何度も同じステージを攻略するなどのプレイスタイルが好みであればハマると思う。 カジュアルにストーリーだけ回収して遊ぶのであれば割引の時に遊ぶのがオススメかも。

I want to start this review by saying that I think this game really needed a remake, because even as someone who enjoys Quake 1's graphics and usually doesn't take too much into account the visuals in a game as opposed to more important things such as the actual gameplay of it, I think the original game had some fairly grainy visuals and a drab color palette. Its graphics certainly weren't smooth as those of Virtua Cop 2, and The House of the Dead 2 was a massive improvement in terms of visuals and aged much better. This remake definitely delivers on giving the game a much-needed facelift, and the highly-detailed creatures feel genuinely spooky. I don't have much to complain on that front except for Unity's trademark pop-up in some sections that are few and far in between, but still noticeable. The gameplay is pretty much the same as the original, although I might have wanted to adjust the crosshair size as I feel it's too big by default and takes away from the well-crafted environments, but no option for that. And then I couldn't really stand hearing the "reload" voice clip all the time, for which I didn't want to enable automatic reloading in order to avoid as to not make the game too easy. Which leads me to the voice acting which is a mixed bag, the playable character doesn't show one-quarter of the emotion he should when Sophie is abducted by the flying boss at the start, and stays dull throughout. Meanwhile, Curien sounds properly antagonistic and the creatures make all sorts of terrifying noises. Unfortunately I can't really recommend the game because I actually bought this close to the release date but couldn't play it until now. The reason? There is a crash on startup which I couldn't find a fix for since the only community guide that explained how to get around it instructed to disable some settings via the Nvidia Control Panel and I had a Radeon GFX card at the time. PCGamingWiki didn't have any info (and still doesn't) in regards to how to troubleshoot the problem and not a single official patch addressed it at all. Furthermore, the game is too short, beat it twice in less than one hour. I think MegaPixel Studio could have taken some deviations from the source material and extend the chapters by integrating the alternate paths into just one to make the chapters longer. This is a shot-for-shot remake and I'm not usually fond of those in most types of media. All in all, a good game that also happens to be an awful product totally not worth paying full price for it. Buy if it's being sold with at least a 60-90% discount.

37元 很棒，復古的童年回憶滿滿回想起來。 可惜沒有光線槍能用，手把玩就少了一種感覺。 兩輪遊戲皆沒碰到什麼惡性BUG。 都過4年了，也許都修好哩。 話說回來一個人玩好難，建議找個朋友一起合作遊玩。 遊戲上本質就是兩人一起玩的遊戲，只有一個人就要打兩人份的怪物哩。 有打骨折價位很值得一買。 雖然遊戲時間偏短，大概一小時內就完畢。 再加上畢竟是1996的老遊戲，現代人大概不是很狠接受這種風格。 但是我喜歡。 就當作支持一下遊戲，然後希望未來的遊戲都有繁體中文。
