Developed by Shinji Mikami -- creator of the seminal Resident Evil series -- and the talented team at Tango Gameworks, The Evil Within embodies the meaning of pure survival horror. Highly-crafted environments, horrifying anxiety, and an intricate story are combined to create an immersive world that will bring you to the height of tension.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 9/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Consegui entender a história? Consegui.

damn it was fun
I went into it expecting a normal horror game and instead got chased by the most insane creatures imaginable while surviving on 3 bullets and pure luck 💀 the ammo management in this game is actually stressful but in a satisfying way because every fight feels important. The atmosphere is REALLY good though. The whole game feels like some weird fever dream where you never fully know what’s happening but you’re still completely locked in. I also loved the story honestly. Every time Clair de Lune started playing when entering the mirror room, I instantly relaxed a little because I finally had time to chill, upgrade my stuff, and save the game before going back into chaos again. and the mysterious nurse made the whole place feel even more interesting. The enemy designs are honestly one of the best parts too. Some of them are disgusting, some terrifying, and some just straight up look insane in the coolest way possible.
Just would like to give props to shinji mikami, created one of, if not the best survival horror franchise and this game too. For a game made in 2013, this is very fun to play and visually pretty good. The kidman DLCs were alright, nothing special and it was pretty boring having to stealth 99% of the time in both of them. Though the executioner DLC was insane, very fun to play as him and just maul all of the zombie things 😂. The resource management in this game was pretty bad though in my opinion. The fact that there was an area where you had 2 different wave based situations to survive with VERY limited ammo made it pretty annoying. And not going to lie, the green gel is pretty scarce to where I just think using it to upgrade how many ammo you can carry is useless. The weapons were just generic. Obviously starting with a pistol -> shotgun -> (grenade or projectile type of item) in this case it was a crossbow with different bolts -> then unsurprisingly a magnum revolver (just like resident evil). The story was kinda? interesting. I got the gist of it but the "revenge" just sounds kinda forced im not gonna lie. Maybe there is more to it? Some parts made no sense and honestly R.I.P to Joseph, the guy died like 3 times and came back twice, and on his actual death the game just kinda brushed it off and just said "welp hes dead now" 🤣 Sebastians a pretty good main character as well, his past is pretty sad but they dont really expand on it much, were only told what happens. The bossfights were pretty fun. Except for Laura. Im not going to even describe hers. The two twins was a bit weird, because they just wouldnt get stunned, so youd have to run and gun and just repeat that a few times. Cool designs though. The executioner was just really annoying, easy to kill but there was just an insane amount of heads. Mutated joseph was something, I enjoy big bossfights, speaking of that, the giant spider one was pretty fun too. The last bossfight was a bit underwhelming though.. expected more but hey, atleast you get the main story done. The safe haven was pretty cool but also very scary aswell, when id come in to just upgrade or save sometimes a scenario would happen which was just insanely creepy. Keys was a nice addition for the green gel although you dont really get a lot of them for how much storages there are unless you look very closely. Overall a pretty fun game for it being made in 2013, about to play the 2nd one next so I have high hopes for it.
