Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I've been playing The Elder Scrolls Online for over five years now, and I still can't recommend it enough. Right after World of Warcraft, this is my favorite MMORPG of all time. Over the years, I've played many MMOs, including Guild Wars 2, Black Desert Online, Albion Online, and The Lord of the Rings Online, but ESO is the one that kept pulling me back. It has something special that few other MMOs can match. One of the biggest strengths of ESO is how enjoyable it is as a solo player. The quests are fully voice-acted, the stories are genuinely engaging, and exploring Tamriel feels like playing Skyrim on a much larger scale—but with thousands of other players sharing the world. If you love the Elder Scrolls universe, this game is a dream come true. The controller support is excellent, making it incredibly comfortable to play from the couch. On top of that, the developers consistently release updates, expansions, new dungeons, and quality-of-life improvements, so the game always feels alive and worth coming back to. Whether you enjoy questing, PvE, PvP, dungeons, trials, housing, or simply exploring the world at your own pace, ESO offers an incredible amount of content. After thousands of hours, I still find new things to do, and that's something very few games can achieve. If you're looking for an MMORPG with a fantastic world, memorable stories, regular updates, and endless content, The Elder Scrolls Online is one of the best choices available. For me, it's the only MMORPG that comes close to World of Warcraft.
good game
If you like to waste your life farming in this game... go ahead.
For a long time this game was looked on as the black sheep of mmos. yet in spite of it, it has managed to survive longer than some mmos and much longer than most "games as a service" games. while I recognize the criticisms regarding paywalled content, i also know that the devs are trying to fix with the shift towards seasons and releasing future content for free. for what its worth, i like the game for what it is which is an elder scrolls that allows you to explore around most of tamriel with your mates. honestly eff microsoft for their layoffs, i hope this game gets its much deserved resurgence
simple si no juegas el meta no juegas existen infinidades de combinaciones pero solo se puede jugar el meta para pve y para pvp
I see a lot of negative reviews lately and I'm not hear to tell you that they are wrong but, a lot of them have to do with the sub for $14.99. I have played MMO's since Everquest and I can tell you the sub pays for new content. It's what keeps the game alive. MMO's are expensive to make and maintain and I don't know if you have noticed lately but MMO's are getting axed. Saying that, you do NOT need to pay the monthly sub to enjoy this game at all. I have played solo since launch on Mac, Xbox, Playstation and lastly on PC and only recently have paid for the sub. You of course get benefits and a couple of things that should be in the game without sub, but I don't feel that deserves a bad review of the entire game. I have introduced this to 2 friends recently and we are all having a blast with new characters and just questing and leveling. The combat system is more akin to Skyrim with MMO rules. Inventory is easy to manage and can be expanded with in game currency and loot pool is fair in the open world. (can't confirm in dungeons). I have played this for years and still have not gotten the most out of it. (Guilds, Dungeons etc) Much to do and learn and super fun to play as an open world single player game if you choose to. Worth the money for the game. You can decide after you play it if the sub is worth it. Or 80 hours later when you run out of content.
