About
THE CANON OF BALLS is the hardcore, first-person platforming experience you and your friends have been waiting for. Imagine putting Shadow of the Colossus' PS2 aesthetics and Monkey Ball's gameplay into a blender and mixing them thoroughly. What comes out is an easy-to-learn, hard-to-master open-world multiplayer experience to explore and master together with your friends. A vast open world, with each platforming track bringing its own interesting twist, is waiting for you — all of this with no hand-holding. There are no minimaps, quest markers, or tutorials.
The game can also be completed in offline solo mode. No friends required.
I put a lot of work into the sound design to give the BALLS as much weight as possible, all to create a snappy gameplay experience with memorable juice. The world is fully "handcrafted" to be a non-repetitive, non-modular open world. I purposely didn't build a modular "copy and paste" kit to craft the levels. All of the parkour courses feature a specific idea, twist, or thought to make sure everything feels fresh in a different way. No AI art assets have been used.
From the start, I knew THE CANON OF BALLS should be something to experience with friends. Without setting any rules or multiplayer objectives, the world provides its own platform to give birth to fun, memorable, virtual togetherness. The premise was the good old days of playing Minecraft parkour maps and talking about all kinds of things while you struggled together. You can be competitive and see who reaches a crystal first, or play more cooperatively, navigating together and waiting for each other. The freedom is in the hands of the group, and I can't wait to see how you all choose to play it. The word "co-op" might be a bit stretched for the game, as there are no real mechanics that require multiple players—it all works solo. However, the true social moments are what make this experience so special.

7.8/10 not enough balls
i am quite the fan of balls
Ball go up The Canon of Balls is a simple game; you play as a face in a ball that can roll around, stick out your tongue, and jump. The main gameplay mechanic is going higher and higher into the level, with several main sections of the game gated by completing several smaller puzzles. Each area has more and more difficult sections to complete, but fewer that you need to complete. The first area simply introduces how to play the game, the second sets you in an ice field with 8 different smaller sections to complete, and then you start to climb up a massive tower, needing to head off and complete smaller, more difficult, sections along the way. Prior to every one of these puzzle sections is a bonfire that allows you to hit R to reset your position and progress. This means that in higher areas, if you fall down, you don't have to redo all the previous sections of the game and can simply retry the section you were on. As far as I'm concerned, this is one of, if not the, best "only up" style game, as it has punishing difficulty, but it doesn't require you to redo massive sections of the game due to a small mistake. However, if you believe that games like these SHOULD be incredibly punishing, you can simply not hit the restart button and redo all the sections you just fell through, so every preference is accommodated. Having said all that, this is still a brutally difficult game, and this is only for people who want to struggle and try over and over again to get to the end, on top of having high precision gameplay. If you want a game that's just silly fun, or relaxing, or anything along those lines, this is NOT the game for you.

BALLS FUN
Really interesting and challenging game. Very short and interesting. I recommend giving it a try. 7/10 P.S. The most important thing: OH, OOAAAHAHAH, AAAAAAAAAA, RAAAAXXH, “crunch of meat and bones”
Very fun game but the last booster thing before the ending doesn't work and you have to use tech to beat it
