There's really no reason to play the original in 2026 over Rebirth, which along with its DLCs has unfathomably more content and is far more polished, but the original Binding of Isaac still has a certain charm. It's really cheap, and fun to go back to as a Rebirth fan who was raised on Flash games.

I play on Steam deck and after every update the controls break and make It unolayable. Do not recommend It, there is no proton that works and playing is just not posible. They don't even bother to check for fatal Bugs like these so we, the players, end Up with a Broken game.

Один из лучших рогаликов своего времени. Затягивает своим простым, а вроде и сложным геймплеем, а также своим разнообразием. Плюсы: разные типы прохождений, много предметов, разнообразие персонажей и монстров, наличие сюжета. Минусы: так как игра старая, здесь наблюдаются мини-фризы, падение фпс, да и баги предметов и монстров. Но не стоит забывать, что игре 15 лет. А так игру рекомендую, а после можно переходить на rebirth.
