About
A first-person action game, inspired by Dark Messiah, that provides various ways for defeating your enemies, with weaponry, magic, stealth, or clever tactics like kicking them into deadly spikes.
Explore a handcrafted campaign filled with unique levels, absurd situations, and a stupid story that starts with rescuing a princess and quickly goes very, very wrong.
Fight enemies using melee and range weapons. Hack, slash, bash, stab you enemies. Block their attacks or roll away to dodge. Throw your weapon at them. Disarm them. Grapple them. Throw Them. Kick them into anything or kick anything into them.
Use a variety of spells such as incineration, freezing, electrocution, illusion or telekinesis. Strategically deploy spells as traps on the ground, or infuse your weapons with these powers. If it's not enough, just mind-control your foes.
Sneak through guard patrols and backstab them, pickpocket their weapons, hide in barrels, or distract them.
Make good use of the conveniently placed environmental hazard. Kick enemies in spikes, in water, in fire, in chasms. Throw crates at them. Throw tables, red barrels™, other dead enemies, other alive enemies. Kick them down the stairs to knock them down. Use torches/lamps to put them on fire. Everything can be a weapon.

Kicking skeletons, goblins and wizards 10/10 kicks
A game about kicking enemies into pits and traps sounds fun, especially if you are a fan of Dark Messiah as I am. The problem is this gimmick is pretty much the entire game and is way overpowered to the point where it doesn't make much sense to do anything else. With Dark Messiah the traps and kicking were a supplement for good core combat, a reward for being smart and observant based on good level design. I'll still barely give the game a recommendation because I finished and the price is low. But you are still much better off playing Dark Messiah, even given the age of that game.
Если эта игра и правда вдохновлялась Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, то мне явно стоит заценить источник вдохновения, ибо хоть TAoSK короткая (я получил платину/все достяги), но весёлая (я играл через ветку скрытности только для достяг). Мне понравилось
хорошо
this is an amazing game I've played in a while. The combat is fun and and so satisfying and also silly witch I absolutely adore. The magic system is simple but great and all of the pop culture refences are so good and funny especially my favorite one the order 66 refence. This game is the definition of a hidden Jem and I even commented on one of Jacksepticeye's videos asking him to check out this game and sadly i haven't gotten a response yet. I'll 100% pay for a massive DLC with more levels of course and maybe a expanded skill tree but I'm already happy with everything we already have I'm not complaining at all but I need more of this game i need more levels especially the sky level and tower of babble I just love the Fantasy and dream core vibe it gives me and this game is way too good it's everything I want in a FUN game.
This game is a true hidden gem. I enjoyed it so much that it even inspired me to create my very first achievement guide. Like many indie games, it has a few rough edges, but nothing that ever gets in the way of the fun. The game is built around absurd humor, which is exactly my kind of comedy. It starts with the classic "rescue the princess" setup, only for the princess to reveal herself as the villain after you complete the very first level. From there, the game never stops making jokes. The sixteen levels are packed with references to pop culture and plenty of silly moments that kept making me laugh. The gameplay revolves around two simple mechanics: attacking with your weapon and kicking your enemies. From there, things become much more interesting. There are three skill trees—Combat, Stealth, and Magic—that greatly expand the number of ways you can approach each encounter. The level design constantly encourages you to use the environment to your advantage, whether that's kicking enemies into spikes, throwing them into the ocean, setting them on fire, or simply sending them flying off a cliff. You can also pick up a wide variety of weapons, including swords, axes, magic wands... and even fish and loaves of bread. Combined with your abilities, they create countless fun ways to deal with enemies. Personally, my favorite strategy was freezing enemies with ice magic so they would slip, or blasting them away with wind magic and watching them fly straight into the ocean. This is one of those games that's hard to fully explain—you really have to experience it yourself. If you're looking for a lighthearted game with creative gameplay and a great sense of humor, I highly recommend giving it a try.
