I wasn't sure if I'd like the game or not, but I'm a big TMNT fan so I finally had to try it out. Boy am I glad I did because it is probably the best TMNT game I've played. Lots of build customization, replayability, great visuals, great job by the voice actors, interesting story and just all around fun. I don't know if this is it for the game or not with the Slash DLC they just put out, but I hope not. I'd love to see more characters playable (Karai would be my #1, and yes I know she's a boss character but she's my fave in the series that isn't a turtle), more levels, more powers to choose from, more story... just more of everything. If this is the end, well, I think it's still a great game! My favorite to play as is Leo and Alopex btw, but all characters have their charm. Definitely worth it at discount if not full price depending on your love for TMNT and beat em up games.

Online's dead. With that in mind, you're basically just doing a solo grind a la Hades 1 & 2 until you can clear enough to do the final boss multiple times. It's not bad necessarially, all the attacks and the dashing feel great, just... It does take a bit to get enough metaprog to actually get to the end of a run, and you're gonna find that crits outpace everything else by a big margin, not to say that you can't win with Fire, Light, Dark, Water, or Elec, you can, it'll just take more time overall. The dialogue's good too.
