Delightful. Cozy. Wonderfully designed. Easy gameplay. Simply wonderful to play. 10/10

Playing games just isn't fun for me lately. They are either too demanding and frustrating to level up or I'm just too bored. I haven't been playing this game for months on end but I have played 44 hours and I'm hooked. I really love how calming it is and I can do all my favorite things; tend to animals, garden, experiment, explore, and decorate my own space. It's nice not having to battle anything or deal with angry customers. This is just a refreshing game after all the others are just not doing it. I upgraded my gaming laptop a bit before getting this game and although it did help, my laptop runs hot when I play this game for over 2 hours. Which is fine, I should probably give myself and my equipment a break after that long. It's very similar to playing the Sims 4 for me, I just can slip into it and get lost for hours. I like the levels and all the upgrades and I don't mind the fact that as I go I'm learning on my own how everything works. I read a lot of reddit reviews before buying this game and they were often critiquing everything I now like about it, which just goes to show this is for a very specific person. My ONLY sliver of a complaint is not being able to make my character into a creature or have the ability to make it my own. But I get that I'm like a spirit or something. I'm excited to watch this game grow and see what else they add to it. If you like story lines, interacting with other characters, having challenges, fighting in battle, or having mission based play then this isn't for you. Teddy's Haven is for the minds who just want to zone out in low effort activities while quietly leveling up in the background. I often just pop my music on and get started, while my partner is playing COD or Dead by Daylight yelling and raising their heart rate, I'm snuggled up with my cats, a warm cup of tea, and making my shop look pretty and full of goodies.

I fell in love with this game. I haven't played it long, but it's simple, cozy and peaceful. The mechanics are very simple and easy. There's very little you're not allowed to do as far as decorating and set ups with shelves. There are some things here and there but the game is still in early access so have patience. Overall, I really do love this game. I can see the love that's poured into this game, the love had for Teddy, the inspiration behind it.

I thought this would be a simple game I’d enjoy for a dozen hours before getting bored, but it ended up completely pulling me in. It’s incredibly immersive and cozy, and I’ve lost hours just hanging out in the world. The aesthetics are adorable, the decor is fantastic, and there’s so much customization to play around with. It’s been such a fun and relaxing experience, I’m totally loving it.

Cute and cozy game. I lose a lot of time when I open this game. From roaming around collecting stuff to craft and sell, to reorganizing my shop for god knows how many times now. :) Always excited to see whats to come in the future.

Honestly one of the most cosiest of games I ever played without getting bored. People who know me know I usually go for 'grittier' aesthetics but Teddy's Haven is one of my most favorite exceptions. Teddy's Haven has been a fantastic way to unwind, keeping my hands busy while listening to an audiobook. The games causes no stress, is easy without it becoming repetitive (you don't have to go harvest each day if you don't want) and if you want to be creative you can. I love the changing harvestables with the seasons and the look around I do after waking up to see which NPC showed up. Another big plus is that this is great for adults and for kids. I can't wait for further developments.
