Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dios santo.

Talisman the board game, with other human players, is slowpaced but fun. This videogame is just single player, also slowpaced, and not fun. The other digital Talisman game is just completely buggy and janky. This incarnation is not as bad, but it's still bad.

I quit playing talisman digital edition because they've release the 5th edition and now working on the dlcs and when they're finished with those + when I feel like it I'll grab that one and continue. In the meantime I thought I could check this out again and it suffices to say it in fact does not scratch the itch. It's not a bad game, I could play this every now and then but that's just it. Not a hit.
This is such a fun way to play Talisman solo. I love that it adds a storyline and lore to the gameplay. Some of the achievements took me a lot of attempts to get, as you really need luck on your side, but the different chapter goals push you to play the game in different ways.
Only buy if you are a fan of Talisman. It's a nice single player version. Little bit of story and provide customs quests. Quite a lot of content in my opinion, but it's always Talisman at it's core. Too many gameplay bugs (couldn't play certain spells for example), but not so bad that I wouldn't recommend playing it.
A Fantastic Digital Adaptation of an Amazing Board Game
Talisman: Origins is a brilliant translation of the beloved classic board game into an engaging digital experience — and it absolutely gets the magic right. If you’ve ever lost hours around a table rolling dice, choosing paths, and powering up your hero only to get hilariously crushed by a dragon, this captures that same feeling with polish and heart. What sets this adaptation apart is how faithfully it recreates the core mechanics while still taking full advantage of the digital medium. The turn‑based exploration, risk‑reward decision points, and iconic progression feel exactly like the board game, right down to the excitement of drawing that perfect card or landing on the square that changes your run entirely. It never forgets what made the original so compelling — the unpredictability, the tension, and the joy of building your champion from humble beginnings to a late‑game powerhouse. At the same time, the digital version smartly streamlines play. Automated bookkeeping, smooth UI, and dynamic visuals keep the pace flowing without bogging you down in fiddly rules or manual tracking. As someone who’s played the board game many times, it’s a joy to simply dive in without losing a single ounce of strategic depth. [Talisman: Origins] also adds quality‑of‑life touches like quick saves, options for shorter or longer campaigns, and visual effects that make every encounter feel satisfying — whether you’re ambushed by monsters or snatching that elusive reward from the deck. For fans of the tabletop original, this is more than just a nostalgic trip — it’s a proper evolution that respects the source material while making it endlessly playable on PC. Verdict: A faithful and fantastic adaptation of a legendary board game.
10 / 10 — Highly Recommended
This game just makes me feel lonely and like I have no friends. It reminds me of when I was young and used to play Magic the Gathering against myself because no one in my neighborhood played (ice age). I never want to feel that way again.
