It starts as a black screen and one thing to click. Break the core, sweep what spills, spend the spill on machinery that breaks the core for you. Drones, node meshes, coupling beams, tesla banks — watch a machine build itself across the void until the screen is a web of light you barely hold.

About
STARTS WITH A CLICK. ENDS WITH A CONTROL ROOM. You get a black screen and one thing to click. There is a core in the middle: break it, sweep up what spills, and spend the spill on machinery that breaks it for you. Then watch what you bought start working without you.
That is the whole hook, and it is a literal one: a machine constructs itself across the screen. An empty void becomes an interconnected web of lasers, drones and nodes — every strand of it something you paid for, wired in, and can now barely keep up with.
DRAIN THE CORE. AUTOMATE THE STATION. The core is a battery. Every point of damage spills exactly that much energy onto the field — and the real game is recovering it before it decays. Click early. Automate deep.
DRONES — haulers and attackers that run lanes between your structures
NODE MESHES — tentacled collectors that comb the spill out of open space
COUPLINGS — hub beams that do the shooting for you
BATTERIES — a coil web with two electrical identities: PARALLEL, distributed mini-teslas that clear and harvest the whole field, or SERIES, the entire bank chained into one wave-motion beam that smokes the core
CHARGERS & S.C.R.A.M. — keep the coils fed, and when the reactor runs away, dump it: FLOW, HOLD or STORE, each a different build
EFFICIENCY IS THE BOSS FIGHT. Your recovery ratio — how much of what you spill you actually get back — drives reactor stability. Let it slip and the klaxon starts. Recover, or FORK out: bank the run, take the prestige, and push deeper on the next lap with everything you learned.
EVERY CYCLE IT COMES BACK BIGGER. The core respawns leveled, and the whole board scales with it — bits fling further, the field gets louder, and builds that carried you through the twenties fall apart in the fifties. Rare cores show up with their own shapes and rules. Milestone cores raise a shield you have to break through.
LEVEL 100 IS NOT THE END. Climb far enough and the reactor stops being a machine you operate. Past that point death is final, the numbers stop being polite, and the climb keeps going — deliberately without a ceiling.
BALANCED BY SOMETHING THAT NEVER STOPPED PLAYING. Symbiosis had an unusual co-developer: an automated harness that has played thousands of full runs, around the clock, on a public stream — every run branching a living data tree, every death dropping a leaf. The pacing you feel in the first ten minutes was tuned against that tree. It is thorough. It is patient. It is also incapable of clicking.
TRY IT FIRST. SYMBIOSIS: FISSION, the free demo, is the opening climb — enough to find out whether watching a machine assemble itself is the thing you did not know you wanted.
